KEIRA TRIED TO IGNORE THE PAIN and forced herself to stand up but failed. She felt herself falling backward and waited for a rough landing but it never came. She found herself in the arms of the man she loathed the most.
"Such a stubborn woman!" Yvo hissed as he caught her.
"Let go of me, you prick!" she yelled as she tried to remove his hands around her.
"Get in the damn car and we'll that ankle of yours treated," he said, already annoyed of her.
"I'm not getting in that frigging car and I'm going to get the hell away from you so let me go!" she said, squirming in his arms. He ignored her. Without a warning, he bent down and threw her over his shoulder.
"What the hell are you doing?! Let me down! Let me down this instant! I swear to God I will castrate you!"
