Keira was dumbfounded by Yvo's acts. Was he not a Catholic, she thought. People are supposed to hold hands while singing the Lord's prayer and not interlace them. What on earth was he doing? She turned beet red. She tried to adjust her hand to correct its position but Yvo held hers tightly. He refused to let go no matter how she struggled. With a sigh, she just let him have his way. It will be embarrassing if she will cause a scene. They were already catching the attention of mass-goers, not only because of Yvo's exceptional features but also because they were either pushing or pulling each others' hands: one struggling to get her hands away from the other one while the said another one was trying to keep her hands interlaced with his. They would have looked comical if not for the venue.
