By the time we got back to the house, I felt like I was going out of my mind. Spending time with Sera felt amazing. It was something I hadn’t felt in a long time. Last night, she had been so exhausted for anything and that had been a relief. But now, now I wanted her.
“That was wonderful, thank you,” she said as she settled on the couch. I remained standing as I watched her. Sera glanced over at me curiously, and I tried to hide how I felt. We needed to talk first.
