Chapter Fourteen

"My good girl." He said to me as I laid my head on his shoulders. Antonio nodded, "She is your good girl." I tilted my head to Thane's face as he smirked, "Who is hungry?" Antonio smiled, "You cook?" I smiled as I got up and Thane groaned, "She has many hidden talents." Antonio looked over the piano that Thane got for me when I told him that I liked to play when he tilted his head, "I know Thane doesn't play the piano so..." I nodded my head, "Yes, I play." He tilted his head as his eyes was focus on my face when Thane looked at him, "What is going Antonio?" He shook his head, "Nothing, I just realize she reminds me of someone." 

I tilted my head in curiosity, "Who?" He smirked as he got up and went over to the piano as his fingers touched the keys, "Play something, Bella." I looked at Thane when he nodded his head to me then walked over to the piano and started to touch the keys under my fingers. I started to play 'Für Elise' as I closed my eyes and tilted my head back as Antonio stepped back. I heard Thane's footsteps behind me as he watched me strike each key. I looked at Thane as Antonio whispered something into Thane's ear as his eye widened. 

Once I was done playing Antonio bent down to me, "Bella, What do you know about your father?" I shrugged my shoulders, "Not much. Just that he abused my mother." He nodded his head and placed his hand on my face, "Your father's name." I shrugged my shoulders, "My mother said he was Harold Menéndez." He pulled his hand back as he whispered, "Fuck." I looked up at him as Thane straighten up, "What do you know?" He lifted away from me as he looked at Thane, "I have to make a phone call." Thane nodded as he walked away as I looked up at Thane, "What is going on?" He shrugged his shoulders as he sat next to me on the bench, "I am not too sure." 

The next morning Thane has me get up out of bed early, "Come on, Princess. We are got to meet up with Antonio." I rolled over to him, "Do we have too?" He chuckled as he smacked my bare ass, "Yes, Princess. He said that he has a surprise for us." I lifted my head at Thane as he kissed my forehead, "Did you ever found out why he left the way he did?" He shook his head, "He said something about a puzzle that he been trying to place together and you are a piece of it." I tilted my head, "What does that mean?"

 He smirked at me as he held me close, "I have no idea, Princess. Why don't we get up to find out." I groaned in protest, "Fine. But when we get back -" He held up his hand, "Don't work Princess. I will have you tie up and at my will when we get home." I chuckled as we got ready to head to breakfast.

 We pulled up to a massive house as I looked around the grounds, "He has a house out here?" Thane chuckled, "No. His buddy does." I nodded as he parked the car then got out. We walked up to the door when this older gentlemen opened the door, "Mr. Sterling." Thane smirked at him as he we entered into the house, "Rupert, How have you been?" Rupert looked up at him, "I am doing well. This must be the lovely Isabella." 

I nodded at him as he shook my hand when another man walked into the foyer, "Thane, How the hell have you been?" Thane smirked as he walked over to him, "I am well. This is Isabella." Thane held his hand out for me as I shook the man's hand when Thane introduced me to him, "This is Noah. Noah and I go way back." I nodded at him, "Noah, It is nice to meet you." He smiled at me then waved us to the kitchen when a woman stood with Antonio, Isabella... Thane... I hope you had a nice ride up." 

Thane smiled as he shook Antonio's hand as Noah placed his hand on the back of the woman, "This is Alexia." He tilted his head at me, "Alexia Menéndez." My eyes widened at her as she looked at me then looked at Noah as she smiled, "It is nice to meet you Isabella and Thane." Thane's eyes darted between me and Alexia when I looked up at him, "What is it?" He looked at Antonio, "You think they maybe?" I placed my hand on hip as I turned to Thane, "What is going on?" The woman looked up at Noah as she said, "Yeah, Noah. What the hell is going on?" They both laughed as Rupert cleared his throat, "Breakfast is served." I pointed my finger at all three of them, "This conversation is not done." 

Alexia laughed as she walked with me as the three men groaned in the kitchen. We sat around the table as Noah looked at me then his eyes went to Thane as he shrugged his shoulders at Noah, "So, Isabella. I heard that you play the piano." Alexia's eyes light up as she tilted her head as I answered, "It just something that I picked up." Noah sat back in his chair as he tapped Alexia's plate then she picked up her fork, "Just picked up. No training?" I nodded as I shrugged my shoulders, "Pretty much. I just sat down one day and started to play." 

Thane placed his hand on my stomach as I placed food in my food when Noah's eyes got big and looked over to Alexia then back to Thane, "How far along?" Thane smiled, "Three months." Thane took a deep breath, "We been through hell during it so I am hoping that these next several months we can just enjoy and celebrate Bella bring in our child to the world." Noah nodded his head as he looked at Antonio, "I got bits and pieces of what happened." I tilted my head to Antonio, "Is there some laws that you broke?" He chuckled as Alexia pointed her finger at him, "You can lose your license for that." He rolled his eyes at her, "I got permission to give Noah some of the details." He tilted his head side to side, "Miss Doctor." 

Alexia smiled at him, "Shut up." I tilted my head at her, "You are a doctor?" She shook her head, "Not yet. Noah is helping me get back into Med school before the spring." Noah smiled at her, "My little pianist is going to be a doctor." I tilted my head to her, "You play, too?" She smiled as she placed food into her mouth, "I learned just like you. It just came to me." Antonio smiled when Rupert came in with man, "Detective Denis Andrews." 

Noah got up from the table and walk over to him as he showed him to a chair, "Denis, This is Isabella." I looked up at him as he smiled at me, "So this who you wanted me to look into." I tilted my head as he took a deep breath and looked at Alexia, "I found what happened to your parents." Her eyes widened, "What do you mean." He took a deep sighed, "You father killed your mother and he is in jail." He tilted his head at me, "Your father is in for life." My eyes widened as Thane grabbed my hands, "Detective, what are you saying?" He darted his eyes between me and Alexia, "Isabella, I want you meet your half sister." My eyes widened, "What?" 

Thane looked up at him, "Are you sure?" Andrews shrugged his shoulders, "According to documents and information I was able to find. Alexia and Isabella are sisters." I shook my head and got up as Alexia sat stunned, "I need a moment." The table nodded their heads as I went to the living room and found a piano sitting there. I ran my fingers across the keys when I struck the cords I heard a clearing of the throat, "Alexia plays just as beautifully." I looked up at Noah as he leaned in the archway, "She does?" He nodded when he lifted up and walked over to me, "I found Alexia at an auction house." 

My eyes widened, "What do you mean?" He sighed, "They have auction houses where they sell women and I found her there." I shook my head, "How did she get there?" He sighed, "She ran from an abusive boyfriend and got kidnapped." I looked towards the dining room, "And you save her?" He nodded his head, "Something like that." He sat on the bench as his back was turned away from the keys as my fingers touched them, "The second night she was with me, she played and I could feel the music move me like the way you play and the way Thane feels when you do." I looked up at him, "Oh?" 

He sighed as he looked forward, "She was r***d, too." I looked up at him as I shook my head, "I am sorry." He shook his head as he bowed it, "She was nine the first time." I raised my head to him as my eyes teared up, "My god. That is awful." He nodded as he placed his hand on my shoulder, "You two have been through more than enough in life that should have never happened. But if you can get threw it then you will come out stronger than you was." I tilted my head  when he lifted from the bench, "He loves you. More than life itself." I looked up at him and took a deep breath, "I know." He looked down, "Open up to him. Don't let that man that hurt you win." 

I looked at my fingers as he started to walk away when I started to tear up. I felt a hand on my shoulders as I looked up at Thane, "You doing okay?" I nodded when we saw Alexia run to the bathroom when I chuckled and looked back up at him, "You think she might be?" He shrugged one shoulder, "Maybe and maybe you can help her through it." A tear came down my face as Thane sat down next to me, "She was r***d, too." He nodded, "I know. It is not pretty what she went through." I placed my head on his shoulder as he leaned into me, "We both have been through hell." 

I sighed, "Do you really think she is my sister?" He placed his lips on the side of my head, "You two look alike and been through hell. So, I do believe that you might be." Thane looked up, "Antonio?" He walked into the room as I turned around, "This Steven guy, he was married to your mother." I nodded, "Yes, she married him after a day of knowing him like the others." His eyes widened as he bent down, "Bella, He was found died this morning." I looked at Thane as I knew it wasn't physical him who did but that didn't mean he hire someone, "Where?" He sighed, "In New York." 

I shook my head, "I don't know why he would be in New York, We have no connections to New York." He sighed, "He does. He is tied into the auction house that Alexia was found in." I looked up at Thane as he clenched his teeth, "Was that the reason why he was after Bella." Andrews walked into the room, "We are not sure of the details why Steven was after Bella but we can guess that he was looking to place her on Auction." I shook my head as I looked up at Noah as he leaned against the archway as he snorted, "Men would pay a pretty penny for a virgin." I looked up at Thane, "I am not anymore." Noah shook his head, "Before Thane, You was. That why he never took it away from you he wanted the money that he could get from you being a virgin."
