Chapter Thirty-Seven After Sunset Barlo looked over his shoulder to see the City of the Ancestors recede into the mist behind them. He had already decided to return there someday to learn more of the city’s dwarven history. It was clear the dwarves of Lomolud cared for the Highlanders. Barlo wondered what had made the dwarves pull away from them. It had to be more than just the expansion of the River Folk. He was also curious to learn more about Lomolud itself.
