Khloe stares across the room at Jasper
“Crap I wasn’t ready to see him now, well at least I look hot”
As if feeling the weight of her stare, he lifts his gaze. His eyes meets hers and it’s as if the room has disappeared around her.
“Oh God, he’s so hot!”
Khloe flash him her best smile hoping to seem flirty but not desperate, Jasper notices Khloe and smiles back, her cheeks redden, he turns back to the group, but long after his eyes left hers, her heart started racing.
“He must make every woman feel this way”
Khloe realizes there was no hint of recognition in his face.
“I guess Madam G never showed him a photo of me”
Clint walks to where Khloe and Amanda were both sitting
“Come on, let me introduce you to everyone”
They both followed Clint to where Jasper is standing with two other women.
“Ladies, these are my friends Celine and Audrey”
“The ladies replied
“Celine, Bon jour, Audrey, Sup”
Clint proceeds
“ The man that needs no introduction Jasper Tate”
Jasper smiles at Khloe. And turns to Khloe and replied
“I noticed you from across the room”
His bare tone sends a warm thrill down her spine
“What’s the name?
Khloe realized that Madam G haven’t told Jasper about her identity yet, so she went on to give Jasper a fake name, since she haven’t been introduced to him properly “The name’s Emily”
“Nice to meet you Emily”
After introduction, everyone takes their seat leaving Khloe and Jasper awkwardly standing alone. Before they proceed to their seats. Khloe sat next to Jasper. Amanda and Clint sat in a different corner during the conversation
“We should play a game ‘Spin the bottle’ “Yes we should, i’m in.
Khloe became quiet and Amanda asked. “
Khloe are you in?” Khloe replied
“Yes if I get to kiss Jasper”
Everyone in the room laughed and Jasper looked at her and smile gently while they proceed the game and Khloe went first. She spins the bottle and it ended at Jasper. Amanda dared Khloe to kiss Jasper
“Khloe, I dare you to kiss Jasper”
Khloe turns to Jasper, putting her arms around his neck and giving him a warm kiss, and everything around her suddenly disappears while everyone in the room was staring at them, then Amanda begins to cheer the both of them and they came back to realization and smile at each other separating their lips from each other’s. while they were enjoying the night.
A man walked in unannounced but Jasper recognizes him and he stands up.
“What are you doing here? How did you get in here?”
The man who walked in is Alexander Dumas, a rival to Jasper Tate. Alex replied
Are you surprised to see me? It's a club I came here to have a good time, but then I decided to stop by at the VIP section to say hi, I also heard from the little birds that someone lost his job, could that be you?
Jasper Tate replied
“How dare you come here to talk about this? Are you following me?
“Why would I be following you? I just learned that you’re here. Someone also whispered to me that your grandpa said you're not capable of running the business, since you are not married”
“Who gave you all this information? get out of this place. Before I loose it”
“I’m not here to fight with you anyways, so i’d just take my leave. I just came to say hi, but you’re chasing me out already.
“Just leave from here right now”
Alex is about to leave when he sees Khloe and he asked her.
“Hi, do I know you? You look familiar.
Khloe replied
“No you don’t, and I can’t know a piece of s**t like you”
“You look like someone I know”
“Well too bad, I’m not someone you know, you can leave now”
Alex exit the VIP room. Jasper looks at Clint with anger on his face and his shoulder slumping in defeat, the room felt suffocating after what Alexander Dumas said to him in the club and he takes in a deep breath before he talks to Clint.
“Why did you let him in Clint”
Clint replied to Jasper
“Jasper this is my business you know, and I have to make some bulk. Besides I had no idea he was going to come to the VIP room. Sorry about what happened.”
Clint leaves the VIP room to attend to some special guest, Khloe looks at Jasper and her heart sank with profound sense of remorse and she walks to him and said.
“I don’t think he should have let him in, knowing his callous he can be
Jasper replied
“I know i’m his friend, but I guess he still needs to make some bulk for himself. Khloe response
“You’re right. I had one of my best nights today.
“Yes….i’m barely out for fun”
“Why’s that?”
“I have been with my family lately, taking care of my sister”
“That’s so sweet of you and so mature, I also haven’t been out in a long while because of business purpose”
Jasper receives a call he had to take urgently. And he walks out to take the call, Amanda walks up to Khloe
“Why did you give a fake identity to Jasper?
“I didn’t want him to know me this way, besides I wasn’t expecting to see him today”
“What if he finds out your real identity?”
“I would tell him, I wanted to be sure of the kind of man i’m going to be dealing with”
“Are you sure about this? Hopefully it works out as you’ve planned it”
Jasper returns back after the call with a straight face and he asked everyone to go home, Jasper said.
“The party is over, everyone can leave and the girls should get home safely.
Khloe replied,
“Yes would, we could use the uber”
“Khloe you’re coming with me”
