Isabella sat beside her sister, "Why didn't you say anything to us?" She studied Irina's face, looking for any sign that would explain this.
Irina sat silently in the chair and shrugged dejectedly, her body was still reeling from the pain of Sergei's rejection. She was thankful that he'd finally done it. Irina wasn't sure why he'd done it, but nevertheless, she was relieved it was finally over.
Alyona took a seat on the other side of Irina, now Isabella and she were both holding Irina's hands. The duo were doing their best to comfort their baby sister. "Reena, we would have helped you. You shouldn't have had to deal with this on your own." Alyona leaned her head in on her sister's shoulder, the sign of affection making Irina smile softly.
