After packing, Phoebe opened the door only to see Kira.

Wh..at are you doing here mom?

Seriously Phoebe, you wanna elope with a guy, come on Phoebe, I sent you to school, Kira said.

It's none of your business mom, let me out, Phoebe said trying to be calm

Honestly this is the first time she will be going against Kira, she has always obeyed Kira but she can't on Jason's matter.

A noise disrupt her thoughts, the noise is coming from her phone.

She checked it only to see Jason calling.

That is Jason right? Kira asked though not expecting a answer and Phoebe didn't answer her.

Give me that phone Phoebe, Kira said in a commanding tone.

Never, Phoebe snapped.

Give it to me now, Kira yelled at Phoebe and tried to take the phone from her but Phoebe is not letting go, the phone kept on ringing till it stop and Phoebe distracted, Kira took the phone and smashed it on the hard floor.

Mom, Phoebe shouted angrily.

What? Will you beat me? Kira shouted back that one might think she is possessed.

Phoebe didn't answer but instead push Kira away from the door and left the house.

Come back here Phoebe, I am still your mother but Phoebe is long gone.

CALIFORNIA AIRPORT

Jason stood besides his bag looking at the entrance of the airport expecting Phoebe but none of the people look like her.He dialed her number for the 4th time only to hear switch off.

What is wrong?We talked minutes ago, he mumbled to nobody. He stared at the flight ticket in his hand and signed.

Is she not coming? Did Kira delay her?

Jason looked at the entrance one more time expecting a miracle but Phoebe can't be seen.

I will have to go without you my love, I promise to come back for you when I made it on my own.Jason said to himself with tears and his luggage to the checking point still he was waiting for her.

Boss, please can you drive faster,I really have to get to the airport Asap, Phoebe said to the driver while rubbing her palms on each other.

She has been on the road since an hour ago, there have been a terrible traffic and she just managed to escape it.She is worried about Jason. She desperately pray his plan hasn't left.

Sure miss,the driver replied and drove faster and they got to the airport less than ten minutes.

Thank you, Phoebe said and payed.She ran inside the airport with her bag and started looking around for Jason but she didn't see him.
