°Chapter 6°

Luca cooked pancake for their breakfast since it was his mate wants. There are also other dishes that the pack cook had prepared for them. He want's to serve his mate so he cooked for her.

When he finished he prepared the plate and utensils and poured an orange juice in the glass.

"Here you go baby. What do you want for the syrup. Chocolate or strawberry."

"Strawberry." Ayesha can't wait to taste Luca's pancake. The smell is so good.

"Okay strawberry it is. Eat up baby."

"Thank you." Ayesha gently glided her hands on the table to get knife and fork.

"Careful baby." her hand was stopped by Luca's hand when he saw she glided her fingertips on the tip of the blade of the knife.

Ayesha felt that Luca guided her hand on the knifes handle. She felt her cheeks grew hot in the contact and she can't help but to feel shy for her action.

"I'm sorry." she said with a small voice.

"Don't be. It's okay. Eat your pancake before it gets cold." Luca caressed the cheek of Ayesha and it made her more red.

His mate is really adorable. Luca thought and his wolf also agreed. Enjoying to see his mate eating with gusto. He already had a meal earlier since his mate woke up late. That's why he had all the time to look at his mate while eating. Ayesha didn't mind though even she sensed him looking at her. If its someone else maybe she will feel awkward but when it's Luca she liked it she likes his attention. She just met him but she already trusted him and she felt safe with him. And she didn't even know why.

Ayesha finished the last bite and she drank her orange juice. Then someone entered the kitchen and made a fuss.

Brandon was leisurely entered the kitchen when an unfamiliar scent whipped his nose. His eyes roamed around the kitchen and saw a small woman sitting down together with his love sick alpha. He smirk and went to take an action.

"Good morning alpha and luna." he cheerfully greeted the two. He saw his alpha's left brow rose up a little when he look up to him. "Oh men how did he do that." he thought. And when his eyes went to his luna he saw that her brows furrowed. He heard that she ask Luca who is he calling alpha and luna.

Luca didn't answer her instead he look at him with his cold eyes.

"What have I done?." he touched his nape asking his alpha glaring at him. He really didn't understand his alpha sometimes.

He went to his luna not minding the alpha's stare and introduced himself to her. She is currently facing Luca so he get her attention.

"Hi beautiful. May name is Brandon and I'm the handsome beta of the Crescent Pack." he gave her his beautiful smile when she turned to him.

Brandon smiles faltered when he saw her. He admit she is a beauty but what caught his attention was her grey eyes. It's beautiful though being having a keen eyes Brandon feel something was off. He put his smile back when her eyes met him after a few seconds. But she lowered down her head after.

"Hi Brandon. I'm Ayesha."

"What a beautiful name for a beautiful lady." Brandon being a flirty one get Ayesha's hand on her lap and kissed her knuckles.

Ayesha stiffened when she felt the man kissed her hand but it didn't last long when a familiar hand grab her hand gently away from Brandon's grasp.

She felt the sparks again when Luca's hand touched her. And it didn't stop her to blush again. She is enjoying the sparks when she heard Luca's angry voice.

"Back of Andrews. She's mine." Luca's hard voice boomed in the four walls of the kitchen.

Brandon back off a little and put her hands up. Smirk was dancing on his lips.

"I know alpha. I don't know that your that possessive. I just want to know the Luna."

"You can talk to her but no touching." Luca said roughly.

"What a possessive son of bitch." Brandon muttered to himself. He saw that Ayesha is rubbing a small circle on his alpaha's hand and he notice how his alpha turned from a roaring dragon to a tamed one.

"Did you say something Andrews?" Luca ask him.

"No alpha. I just want to inform you that you have a meeting with the other alphas later. That's all and nice to meet you Luna. . I mean Ayesha."

Ayesha just nod at him and still rubbing Luca's hand that is holding her. Brandon went out and leave the lovers alone not before leaving Luca a teasing look.

Luca sighed trying to calm his nerves. When it comes to his mate his always getting fired up. He looked back at Ayesha who is playing with his hands. A small touch made his raging hormones break off. It's like a switch. Damn his in big trouble. He is whipped by this small beautiful woman.

He moved to hug his mate. He felt her stiffened but he didn't mind it. Luca crouched down to level at her. And the he hug her.

"Can I hug you for a while." Luca murmured softly in the crook of Ayesha's neck. He inhaled her scent to keep his emotions calm.

Ayesha felt that Luca's muscle is so tight and worked up. His body is tense too so she let him hug her if it can help him calm. She hug him back and caressed his hair and neck. She heard him purr a little. She didn't know that a human can purr. But she didn't mind it. She just want to help Luca as much as she can if her hug can help him then he can have it. It's a small gesture compared to what he have done for her.

Luca smiled in contentment. He felt that Ayesha hugged him back and he is happy.
