My Enchantress

°Chapter 4°

Ayesha woke up panting in the middle of the night. She had a bad dream. Her eyes stings so she tried to blink it. She can't help to rub it with her hand when it didn't fade. It hurts so much that her tears flow down her pale face. After a while when the sting still didn't fade she slowly went on her sink in the bathroom and wash her face. She blink her eyes again a few times. This time she saw blurred lights. She stilled for a minute and closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes again blackness came back. She sighed.

Ayesha closed the faucet and pick the clean towel on the hook in the left side of the sink. She wipe her face with it and when she finished she hang it back on the hook again. She tried to blink her eyes again and saw nothing.

With a heavy heart she get out of the bathroom and went to sit on her bed. She cannot force herself to sleep again because she is already wide awake and she don't want to have nightmares again.

A few moments later she heard a sound downstairs. Due to her condition her senses is two time stronger than normal. She don't know if its a gift or what but somehow it came handy. Another noise was heard again.

"Jasper. . ." she gently call her dog. There was no response. It's odd. Jasper will always come to her whenever she will call him.

"Jasper. . " she tried to call out again this time a little bit louder. But no Jasper came. There is a loud bang downstairs and Ayesha stand with panic. Her parents are not home because they went for a business trip and they will be back on the afternoon.

With a heavy heart she went down and look for Jasper. Maybe he was hungry and went downstairs to look for food. She called Jasper again but still nothing coming.

Ayesha was about to turn when someone caught her forcefully.

"Aww. . .that hurts. .who a-are you?" she stammered she can heard the pounding of her heart. She felt that there is an intruder. She felt vulnerable right now and in disadvantage because she cannot see.

"Oh look what we have got!!" the intruder with red eyes scanned Ayesha from head to toe.

"W-who are you.  Let go of me!" Ayesha tried to break free from the grasp of the man. But her effort to struggle is futile because the man had an iron grip on her arms. She can feel that her arms are already bruised because of the tight grip.

"Well..well what a piece of meat we had here." a loud laugh of another man was heard that coming through there way.

Ayesha's body shook with fear. And the man who is holding her felt it and he felt he was aroused with it. He loves sensing fear he was a sucker of it.

He licked Ayesha's neck.

"Hmmm. .smell so good. I'm gonna ravish you woman." he laugh maniacally.

Ayesha cringe when he felt the saliva of the man stick on her neck. She was disgusted by it. She gathered all her strength and forcefully stomp on his foot. The man loosen his grip into her and she didn't waste any more time and she scurried out of the house and ran without looking back not knowing where to go. She heard a loud growl but she didn't even look back. She stumbled a few times and grazed her knees and arms. Her adrenaline is on full limit she didn't even remember that she had already cross the boarder going to the enchanted forest.

Ayesha slowed down when she felt that her legs wobbled and tired from running. She felt so cold. Her thin pajamas didn't help to shield her body from the cold breeze.

She haven't had any ideas where she is right now. There is no Jasper to guide her back home. She is so scared at the moment and didn't know what to do. She use her hand to feel the surroundings. Her hand touched a hard object and based on its roughness she predict that it was a tree. She sat down and leaned her tired body on its trunk. When she tried to relax her stiff body she felt the ache all over.

It was early in the morning when a rouge came out of nowhere and saw Ayesha who had fallen asleep due to an exhaustion.

A growl rang out in the forest that it made Ayesha stir in her sleep. She didn't know when did she fall asleep. Her back is aching and her body is cold.

Another growl was heard and Ayesha was on guard. She slowly stand from where she was sitting.

The rouge who is so very hungry saw an opportunity to eat and the young woman in front of him is his prey. He leap and readied his sharp teeth to ravage the woman when he finally encage the woman he felt a large impact from his side that made his body thrown forcefully on the tree. A loud growl was heard and a vibration was felt. The rouge whimpered. He haven't not yet recovered from the blow when the black majestic wolf went to claw his chest that made him stop breathing. The eyes of the majestic wolf glow in gold swirls out of anger.

When he calm down his senses went back to normal. His nose caught a mouth watering smell. The smell that he always looking for. He turned to where the smell was and he saw that it came from a woman who is currently unconscious.

In a blink he was in front of the unconscious woman who's face was covered with her long hair. He gently sweep it away to see her face. He was stunned to see that it was the girl from the village.

His angered came back and he growl when he remembered that she was in the brink of death because of that filthy rouge. If he is a second late she will be dead right now and because of that thought his body shook with anger that his eyes turned gold again.

Ayesha's consciousness returned and she heard a loud growl from someone who is holding her. She was shaking in fear and trashed to tried to get away from her attacker.

"No no. . Get away from me you monster." her tears are streaming down her face while trying to get away from the hold of someone in front of him.

Luca was fast to get hold of Ayesha who is shaking right now. He was hurt when she called him monster even though it was half true.

"It's okay baby. Shh. . Your safe." he tried to console her. But the woman is still trying to get away from his hold scared. Her heart is beating fast out of normal beat. Her breathing is labored that she cannot breath well.

"Breath Ayesha breath. . It's okay. . It's me Luca. Your safe with me. I will not hurt you." Luca embrace Ayesha to calm her down he rub small soothing circles on her back.

Ayesha's struggle stop when she heard the familiar voice and her nose catch a familiar smell.

"L-Luca?" she quietly ask.

"Yes it's me baby. Your safe." Luca gently untangled his arms on Ayesha's body so that he can see her face and dried her tears with his clean hand.

Ayesha felt a feathery touch on her face trying to dried her tears away. She felt goosebumps on her body when the hand of Luca touch her face. Ayesha's eyes unconsciously went to Luca's eyes.

"Mate" Luca was beyond happy when he felt the tingling sensation surge through his body. Now he fully understand why he was very infatuated to this woman.
