I took some deep breaths. I was fine. The world was still spinning, everything was as it should be, I was in my homeland doing everything I could not to kill someone. I was following the plan we had been working on for years. And yet, with one sniff of whoever the hell that was, everything had changed. That wolf was the centre of my universe!
