Chapter 1Jameson Whitlock took a right turn onto a gravel road that was narrower than the one he’d been driving on. He hadn’t been here since he was a kid, and despite having checked satellite photos on his phone, he wasn’t sure he was heading toward the right cabin. He hadn’t spoken to Uncle Frank for over a decade, not since he last tried to get Jameson to come and stay with him. Or, it wasn’t quite true.
