The Hook-Up Spot

Aspen's POV- 

        I woke up ready to face the day. I didn't sleep all that well, I kept thinking of Gianna, her screams and sobs just kept replaying in my mind. I couldn't save her, I couldn't stop him. That time. But I will. 

            I will permanently stop him. I will end him. I turned over and looked at Theo sleeping peacefully,

Lucky bastard. I thought to myself. 

        I was jealous but I wasn't mad at him. I'm sure he wouldn't have rested easy had he been at the river and heard her screams, well been at the river AND could see dead people. Honestly, I envied him, I wish I was normal sometimes, but I like being able to help the spirits. I like doing some good.

    I reached over and grabbed Theo's shoulder and shook him gently. He stirred in his sleep and I saw his eye lids flutter a bit. I shook him again, this time, he jolted awake. His eyes opened wide before he calmed down and realized where he was, and what was happening. 

        "Everything okay?" He asked me without skipping a beat. 

    That was one of the things I loved about him. He always cared about me. He was like a dad, brother, and best friend all in one. We weren't blood by any means but we might have well as been. He never treated me any different, and to be honest, I'm not sure he ever even thought about the fact that we weren't. 

    "Yeah, everything's fine. We just have to get up and go to school." I said quietly. 

"Oh okay." He said then rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom. I walked to my bed room and picked out this yellow ribbed tee, some medium blue toned skinny jeans, and my white vans. Theo got them for me for Christmas, he saved up and worked hard so that he could get them for me. I did the same and got him a set up for his computer. He was real tech savvy, he built his computer up from scratch. 

    After I put my clothes on I walked out of my room, at the same time Theo was walking out of his.

"You ready?" He asked me.

        "Yeah.." I said then headed down the stairs. 

I could hear his heavy footfalls trailing behind me. We walked into the kitchen where our foster mom was making some breakfast. She was amazing, I wish I could've lived with her my whole life. She had strawberry blonde hair, with a little more strawberry than blonde in it.Her eyes were a sea foam green, she had a long nose and very thin lips that disappeared when she smiled. She was the sweetest woman I had ever met and she loved us like we were her own. Due to having ovarian cancer a few years ago, she can't have kids, so she got us. When she asked about fostering, she originally only wanted one foster child, but then she saw Theo and I, and she wanted us both. Now, here we are. 

"Hey Momma Ronnie!" I said happily, "Whatcha making?" I inquired.

 I knew what she was making. I could smell it. The smell of her homemade blueberry pancakes was like no other. She looked at me and smiled, god I love her smile. 

"Oh ya know.... just some...." Ronnie turned around and grabbed a plate behind her, then turned back to face Theo and I and with a big reveal she continued "BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!" 

Theo and I couldn't do anything but smile, I wasn't looking at him but I knew he was. We always did, she made us happy.  

"Come on, sit sit!" she urged us. We each took a seat at the island and watched as she set three of her amazing blueberry pancakes on our plates. "I wanna talk to you guys about something..." She said. 

    Theo and I looked up from our plates and studied her face. She looked worried, and sad. 

Not this again. I'm almost done with high school I just want to finish, and graduate and then I'll be out of her hair.  The fear of her sending us to someone else crept into mind, I looked over at Theo to see his face and I could tell the same thing was happening to him too. 

    Theo looked at me and we made eye contact.

"So as you guys know, I love having you here with me.." Ronnie started.

 "Oh shoot! I'm so sorry, I forgot!" Theo interrupted her. "I uh, I have uh..." Theo continued trying to come up with a lie to get us out of this heartbreaking conversation. "Aspen and I, we uh, we have tutoring this morning. So uh, we gotta go!" He said and we both quickly stood up and practically ran to the front door. 

"Thanks Ronnie!" We both said in unison. 

        The walk to school was quiet, we were both scared. We knew we'd have to face her eventually, but now was not the time. For either of us. We were on a mission. 

    We made it to school and split up. I went to my first period, whilst Theo, went to find his lover girl. 

Theo's POV- 

        After Aspen and I made it to school we split up. She went on about her normal school day, while I, had to go speak to little cunty Anna and play nice. 

I saw Anna at her locker talking to this girl, I assumed was the same one in the bathroom with her, That Aspen had mentioned. I walked up to Anna, her bright blue eyes stared at me in shock, cause why the f**k would I talk to her? I know right. 

        "I'll talk to you later." She said to the girl then focused her attention back on me. "I see you finally came to your senses, missed me have you?" she said with such arrogance. She stood up on her tip toes and put her mouth to my ear while her hand reached down and grabbed my p***s through my pants,  "Meet me in the basement in fifteen, I'll give you what you're missing." She licked my earlobe briefly, then slammed her locker and walked off.

"She was a friend of Aspen's." I said simply. 

    "Oh, well okay," Anna continued, all the jealousy from her voice was gone now. "I heard that she went to a college party with some older guys, not sure if it's true, that's just what some people are saying. Others are saying that she was at Jake's party the night she disappeared.." She trailed off as she started fixing her hair back to normal.

 "Yeah, said she was at the party, had a few drinks, that some guy tried to make the moves on her and she got mad and left. pfft! What was she? A fuckin virgin or something, honestly I'm not quite sure what she expected from a party, with alcohol, at Jake's. But that's the last time anyone 100% saw her." She finished and wiped her mouth, her lipstick has smeared a bit from when she was down on her knees a few minutes ago. 

"Alright, thanks." I said then walked off. 

        "So that's it? You're just gonna f**k me then leave?" She called out after me, I could hear the disbelief in her voice.

"No, I'm sure I'll be back next time I want to blow a load." I said as I continued walking.

    I wish I had turned around to see her face, but that would've made the whole thing less savage, so I just had to use my imagination. Which ended up being more than satisfying.

        At least I had gotten some useful information from her which means, in essence, the s*x wasn't for nothing. 

 I found Aspen after the class period and told her what I had found out. She looked me up and down before she spoke, 

"So you had a good talk with Anna I'm guessing?" She said with a smile then wiggled her eyebrows at me, 

        "What ? What do you mean?" I said playing innocent. 

"Yeah yeah, try lying to someone else with that fat hickey on your neck." Aspen said then laughed at me.

        "What!? She left a hickey?!" I exclaimed worried and grabbed my neck.

"No, but you just admitted to doin the nasty soo....." She said and laughed some more. 

    "Whatever..." I said and started to walk off. 

"Hey Theo!" She called after me. I turned around to see her doing a weird zip up motion over her private part and then she pretended to shuffle her hair. 

I looked down and sure enough, my zipper was down and no doubt my hair was messy, how embarrassing.
