Next thing I know, I woke up in my room, at Greece I for sure because I can hear the waves coming from the Mediterranean Sea. I opened my eyes and tried to get up but I suddenly felt dizzy and my head aches, then I noticed the bandage on my head.

“Boss, what do you need” I almost jumped out of the bed when Jake suddenly speak, if I wasn’t just in pain I already chocked the heck out of this guy.

“What’s wrong with you” I yelled at him and he looked at me in contrite eyes.

“You’ve been asleep for almost a week boss” He said in apprehension

“What happened? I asked him and the he started telling what happened starting when they knew about the traitor in the group. He also mentioned that the traitor’s head was already shipped out to the American Mafia leader as a sign that we will not just let this things passed.

I suddenly remember the woman who saved me. I asked Jake if he saw what happened when my car crushed, he then started to spill the beans.

“I’m about to get you and rushed you to the hospital when suddenly a woman run towards you and started checking your body, looking at your disposition that moment, I knew we can’t make it if I will bring you to the hospital so I just I watch her saved you life, I let her do those things since it seems like she knew what she is doing. I taught we’d lose you because he tried many times to pump you but you don’t response, luckily she didn’t stop until you got conscious. We saw everything boss, how that woman saved you life, when they brought you the hospital I immediately request transfer for you to be checked by our doctor, Dr. Martin for proper treatment, Dr. Martin also said you are lucky enough the woman did everything to save you because if not, our gang must be already under the rule of that sick Lance, I stress”–

I didn’t let him finish his long tale about what happened.

“Find her’ I said

“Huh? Who boss” Jake said in confusion

“The woman who saved my life” I said

“She’s going to be my wife” I added with conviction in my mind.

After weeks of searching the name and everything about the woman I loved, I finally have it my hands. Casper is here sitting in front of me at my office giving me the files about my girl. He’s the one I assigned to research everything about her, because he knows everyone on the streets and his good at searching people. Casper has been with the group for more than a couple of years.

“Boss this is the files I have so far about the girl, she’s not hard to find” Casper said with confidence and I looked at him with confusion.

“She is a well known doctor in the field of neurosurgeon, and she’s the only heiress of the business tycoon Alfred Scott, the CEO of Scott group of company. She is known for being the youngest doctor in America, for the record, no patients died in her. She has a lot of foundations and organizations helping children, women and elderly. She knows karate and joined drug car racing too. She plays well in guitar, violin and drum but her favorite is piano.” He said while I’m looking at her picture, admiring her beautiful face. I can still remember this face, the face I that saw the first time and loved her from that moment.

“What’s interesting about her boss is” My thoughts went away when Casper talk again, I look at him and he continued talking “Almost all the Mafia leaders in U.S and Europe has an eye on that girl” He said and leave me dumb founded.

Rage rise in me as soon as I heard the last information Casper told me. Suddenly, I have the eagerness to make her safe, secure her, get here because if she’s in my arms, that’s the only time I can feel relieved.

I rubbed my temples and close my eyes. I look again at her picture “My Anika” I muttered.

It’s been 10 months since I made plans on how to get my Anika. I also assigned Casper to look after My Anika and makes sure she’s safe and no one can touch her or go near her. It’s been 10 months also since I started watching my Anika from a way, on her penthouse, at the hospital or at mall. Twice a month I make sure I will see her beautiful face. And tomorrow, will be the day, she’ll going to know that I’m going to be her husband.

At the Scoot’s place after 1 year

This is the first time I got nervous on seeing someone, at the same time I’m delighted knowing she’ll come to my house and live with me. Today my Anika will be mine.

As we enter the gate of their house, I saw a black range rover, I know she’s here already because that’s her car. When I enter the house, we heard someone singing, I saw Casper smirk from my side. We bought know that’s my Anika, her voice brings calmness.

“Have a seat Mr. Carson” Alfredo said, the father of Anika, while we enter the house, beside her might be his wife. They bought don’t look like My Anika, that makes easy for them to sold Anika.

I sat on the couch when one of the maid said “Excuse me ma’am/sir, Ms. Anika will be here in a while” and leave us.

As we were talking about business, when I heard someone walking downstairs and there I saw my Anika.

Anger and hurt can be seen through her eyes maybe because of the fact that her parents sold her. I walk and waited for her but she just ignored me and walk to the kitchen which makes me smile, looking at her brings me happiness.

“This way is to my office” Alfredo escorted me to his office to sign some business agreement.

 I followed him with a smile on my face, after business talks.

“Please take care of my daughter” Alfredo said, and annoyance suddenly drawn to my face.

“Stop acting like you care about her, I know she’s not really your daughter” I shot him back and his eyes suddenly widen in shock after hearing what I said.

“She doesn’t need to be my biological daughter to be loved” He replied in exasperate.

“If you loved her, then you wouldn’t sell her just for your f*****g company, you don’t deserve her” I yelled at him and leave his office. That old man is getting into my nerves, while walking to get Anika I saw him fighting with my man, and then I saw Casper giving something to buck and Jake smiling just watching Anika kick off their ass. Buck suddenly inject something to Anika and makes her fall, I run off to catch her before she kiss the floor.

“What the f**k did you do?” I yelled at buck looking contrite. I carried her like a new married couple. When we enter the car with my hand holding Anika, “We’re going home love” I mutter

When we arrived at my mansion, I cradle her into my arm which feels fulfilling, as we reach my room, I bent and lay her down my bed. I look at her angelic face, the most admiring face I’ve ever seen, her red bow curve lips are perfect in the shape of her face, her golden skin that looks soft that always makes me want to caress her. “You’re home my Anika” I said as I kissed her cheeks and cover her with blanket. I stepped out of my room because Buck still have some explaining to do.
