The woman in Isaac's room

Chapter 23

“Can I drive?” I said smiling at Blake, he was about to say yes when Buck interrupts

“I’m afraid not Ms. Anika, boss will kill us if anything bad happens.” Buck said and opens the back seat door where he wants me to sit.

I just rolled my eyes and sit on the back unhappy, Buck might have hard feelings for me when Isaac punish him for injecting sleeping peels before on me.

“Where to ma’am” Blake said smiling sheepishly on me.

“To the nearest mall where there is a photo printing and canvas painting materials.” I said in gritted teeth.

Buck drives fast, overtaking every car that he saw on our way, after ten minutes we already arrived at the mall. The mall is quite big and luxurious. I made sure I take off the jacket before I went out of the car.

“I don’t think you should take off the jacket” Blake said as he opens the passenger door.

 I just put on my sunglasses and walk inside the wall, I saw in my peripheral vision that Blake grab the jacket before he closes the door. Blake and Christian walk beside me while buck follow us behind my back, they really guard me like no one can come a meter near me.

Everyone is looking at me while I walk at the mall looking for a printing shop, Blake spotted one and lead me to the shop. Everyone leaves as we enter the shop, I look around and look at the three of them, a look that is asking them why are they leaving,  but Blake just shrugs.

“Print every picture in this memory card.” I said in of the clerk handling the memory card.

“Yes ma’am.” The clerk responded.

“How long will it take?” I ask before the clerk leaves.

“About 15-30 minutes ma’am” The clerk said, I check the time on my Rolex watch before I speak.

“I will just leave the memory card and be back after some errands” I said and started walking out when Blake suddenly speaks.

“Don’t you dare leak any pictures on the card” He said in a threatening tone that makes the clerk flash fear in her eyes.

“Yes sir, I will make sure of it” She said trying to cover her face in fear of Blake.

“What’s next Ms. Anika?” Buck ask when we leave the printing shop

“Is there a shop here where we can buy things for my painting?” I replied scanning the mall as we walk.

“Let’s check there Ms. Anika” Christian said pointing a shop on the right wing full of school supplies.

We headed directly there and I was amazed with all the canvass colors palette displayed in their shop. Since Isaac gave his black card, I don’t mind getting every color they have.

I took me almost an hour buying at the store, I took new brushes, new palettes, took different colors for experimenting, get a few canvass board and some extra stand board, I also took some materials for drawing and a sketch pad. I’m so much into buying almost everything when I noticed the boys is so bored already. I just laugh looking at them trying to entertain themselves

“I think I have what I needed already, so I think I’m done.” I said looking at them.

“Finally!” Blake said raising his hand like praising, Christian pulled the cart into the counter.

The cashiers are like puppies trying to flirt with Blake and Christian, knowing Blake of course he do it with pleasure, while Christian ignores them completely.

I give my black card and enter the pin, once all the items are packed, they carried the stuffs and we went back to the photo shop.

“Is it done?” I asked the clerk who accommodate us a while ago.

“Yes ma’am, the pictures are ready.” The clerk said handling me a big brown envelope which contains our pictures. I open it and see one photo, I smiled looking at the picture of me and Isaac the night he gave me the promise ring.

I bring out Isaac's black card again and paid for the printing cost. I want to carry the envelope myself but Christian refuses, so I just let them. We went to a burger house to take out some food that we can at the house for everyone.

As usual Buck drive fast and after ten minutes we’re already at the mansion.

“Where is Isaac?” I asked Amelia who is waiting for us on the door.

“Mr. Isaac is at his office Ms. Anika” Amelia replied bowing on me.

“Okay, Thanks Amelia” I said then walks inside the house heading to Isaac’s office

“Where do you want us to put your stuff Anika?” Blake asked still following me.

“Put it on my room” I said that makes him confuse.

“Your room? Do you mean the old one? I thought you already transferred at boss place?” He said which makes me chuckle.

“Yes, our room.” I said emphasizing the word ‘our’

We parted ways as we walk up the stairs since I will go directly to Isaac to show our pictures at Maldives I printed. On my way to his office I suddenly felt something strange, I ignore it because of the thought that it will make Isaac happy seeing our pictures and I don’t want to miss that.

I didn’t bother to knock since this was Isaac’s office and I was really excited, as I twist the door knob and open the door, Isaac was not in there but instead what I saw was a woman sitting in front of his table chair, she's a brunette woman, her hair falls right into her shoulders, and her body is so curvy that looks like she spent a lot of her time at the gym. I can’t clearly see her face since her back is the one facing on me, what I noticed is, she’s wearing a black leather jacket that is the same with what Isaac’s jacket which he wears on me a while ago. My blood suddenly boils with the thought knowing someone is in Isaac’s office, a woman specifically and that they have the same jacket.

Gladly the woman looks like in deep thoughts that she doesn’t even recognize my presence in the room. Seeing her in this room makes me want to kill her at that moment. I saw a gun on the table and slowly walk towards her.

“Who are you?” I asked pressing hardly the gun into her head.
