He made sure the door was locked from behind, in case she lost control. “I need you to see beyond your own eyes. Focus on the black part and intimidate it… Remember what you saw in hell, everything”
“Hermen”, she muttered, silently, and her eyes moved away from the mirror. “Hermen was his name”
“Look back in the mirror”, Luiz said, calmly. “Now, remember what Hermen told you… remember what plans and dreams you had and how it has been taken from you. Look and see the monster they have turned you into…. Look at the man who took your dreams away, Laurel. What are you going to do to him?”
