After Derek left with the contract, Dante’s family of three stared at a phone screen, hardly able to believe what they were seeing. The happiest of all was Kiera, who even reached out to touch it with her finger.
“Thirty million... Oh my god, it’s really thirty million! This is the first time we’ve ever seen this much money.”
Even Dante grinned like a child. Though he was still a little unhappy with Raymond’s actions, seeing that much money made all the annoyance fade.
“Sophia, transfer six hundred thousand to your parents. Let them enjoy life a little.”
Hearing Raymond’s words, the elderly couple beamed with joy.
“And also, don’t tell Laura about this. If she finds out, she’ll take all your money, and what joy will you have left then?”
