Chapter Three

Ok well this is chapter three YAY!!!! I am so happy right now, I have 433 read. I know to a lot of authors or maybe to most people on here that doesn't seem like much but I honestly didn't think that, that many people would read this story. So to those that are read this thank you soooo much, I am incredibly happy that you gave this story a chance and have read it. Anyways enough of my rambling and let's get on with the story :)

Mr. Gallows P.O.V

"Are you sure that Alekander doesn't want to come with us to the theme park?" I asked my beautiful girlfriend Dianne. "I'm sure, he said that he hates theme parks and that he isn't feeling very well so even if he wanted to go he couldn't, so he's just going to stay home and rest" Dianne said. "Maybe we should change plans and go some other time so I can stay here and take care of Alekander" I said looking around to see if I could find Alekander anywhere. "You can't do that! Erik and Erion have been looking forward to this tripwith you for so long, think of how dissapointed they will be if you just up and cancel plans like that" Dianne exclaimed. "You're right, besides I can always take Alekander somewhere he like when he gets to feeling better to make up for this" I told Dianne as I gave her a small kiss before her children joined us.

It really bugs me that Alekander won't come near me anymore and that he absolutely refuses to have anything to do with Dianne and her children. I want them all to get along since we are all going to be a family soon. I'm thinking of popping the question to Dianne at the theme park today and getting married to her next month. I can't wait to be married and have my own children with her someday.

I just hate that Alekander acts like he doesn't even want to be a part of this family. I just don't understand why he doesn't like Dianne or Erik and Erion. Dianne is such a wonderful and sweet woman, and her sons are nice and well behaved, so I don't understand what Alekander's problem with them is. I have tried talking to him about it a few times but he only looked at me with eyes full of sadness before he walked away. I hate that he thinks that he can't talk to me about what's going on to make him be like this.

Alekander's P.O.V.

Mr. Gallows asked me yet again why I don't like the evil b***h he calls a girlfriend and her devil spawn children. When he asked me I almost broke down in tears and came so close to telling him what's been going on. Luckily I caught myself in time and walked away before I was tempted to spill everything again. I don't know why he even bothers talking to me because the only thing he cares about now is his new family. "Alek my dear boy have you heard the horrible news?" Margarrett asked me when she walked into the room. Margarrett was an elderly woman who worked as a maid/governess for the Gallows family since Mr. Gallows was born, so she isn't worried about getting fired since Mr. Gallows views Margarrett as family. "What news would that be?" I asked Margarrett, curious about what she would say. "Mr. Gallows and the little gold digging b***h have decided to get married next month...on your birthday" Margarett told me as she pulled he into her arms and held me tightly. She knew that Mr. Gallows promised to take me somewhere to celebrate my eighteenth birthday and that it meant a lot to me. I figured that he would break that promise to me when he started ignoring me after that evil b***h and her devil spawn moved in, but I had hoped that I was wrong about that, and that he would actually keep that promise to me. So hearing about him getting married on my birthday was just another horrible blow that hurts even more than him breaking his promise to me. "Oh look it's the little runt that nobody ever wanted" Erik said as he and his brother walked into the room. "you know our mom is getting married to Mr. Gallows next month, you know what that means don't you? It means that not only do you get to stay as our toy, but Mr. Gallows or should I say dad, is going to be so busy spending time with us as his new family to even bother abou you. In fact you will be just another forgotten memmory to him" Erion sneered at me as he backhanded me accross the left side of my face, and his brother stepped up and punched on the right side of my face before they both walked away laughing. What hurt the most in that moment wasn't the physical pain they caused me, no it was the emotional pain I felt because I knew they were right about Mr. Gallows, Once he marries their mother I will be just another forgotten memmory to him.

When I first got here I honestly thought that Mr. Gallows would be just as mean and snobbish as all my previous foster families had been to me, but he wasn't like that at all. No he wasn't like that, he was nice and caring towards me, he always made sure that I had everything that I needed and wanted. He made me feel like I was not only wanted here but that I belonged here and I absolutely loved that feeling. I loved living in this huge place where it always seemed that I was wanted and loved no matter what. I should have known better though. I should have known that the perfect life I had with Mr. Gallows when I got here was nothing but a pretty illusion that was bound to come crashing down around me sometime soon, and that all of the hopes and dreams that I had created for myself would be broken into a million little peices. What is happening to me just goes to show that you can't trust those around you because they won't catch you when you fall, no they'll just let you fall as they go on with their lives never giving you a second thought. You can't trust those around you because they will only cause you pain in the end, and that pain isn't worth it.
