Bound by blood

First day

"Sooo....." I say, trying to break the tension.

"Stay here till Mr. Black comes back. He has a meeting in 15 minutes. Until then, don't touch anything." She says coldly while she leaves.

Well that wasn't awkward at all. About 5 minutes later, Wesley walks in with 2 people trailing behind him. One was a woman, she looked like she was in her late 20's. She had beautiful long hair. It was very shiny and the darkest brown possible. Her eyes eyes demanded respect and we're an intense chocolate brown color. The other was a man. He had greasy almost-gray hair. He was chubby and short. He had basically black eyes.

"Ashley, this is Adriana Sayeed and Lester Mareno. They're here for the meeting. I assume Alex informed you. Can you go down to the basements for their gifts?" Wesley asks.

Sure! Right away Mr. Black." I respond.

I head to the elevator and push b for basement. The elevator goes down till it hits the bottom floor. The basement is filled with shelves of books and cabinets of files. I notice that this is the only part of the building that isn't modern and bright. It's more of a orangy homey feel. But also kinda creepy. I also notice that no one is there. At least I don't THINK anyone is there.

"Hello? Ummm... I'm here to pick up a few gifts for Mr. Blacks guests. He said that they were in the basement but he didn't specify... Is anyone there?" I walk down the center and find a desk. But there's no one there either.

"Hello. What is your business here?' I jump at the sudden voice and look back to soo a man.

He has almost white hair and grey eyes. He's probably about 5' 8. He also looks like he belongs in the 1200's.

"What are you doing here?!" Well I'm in for a fun ride.
