Its a small village. wooden huts, small farms, few houses. This village is the only village on a tiny island with nothing but sea for all can be viewed... But in one small hut, similar to all others.. This is where the story begins..
-"mum, hurry upp!! I cant wait any longer!! Cooking isn't even that hard!"
~"you say so? Luna? Why don't you try making dinner tonight!?"
-".....dont wanna"
-".. But if i really wanted to, I'd make the best food anyone as ever made!!"
~"isn't that what you said last time?"
Luna runs back to her small room, it has a matress for a bed, and a singular wooden chair that stands next to a window..
It's raining heavily outside
Luna sits on the chair, listening to the droplets, watching the night sky..
She wonders
-"I wish I could find a treasure map, join a pirate crew, hike a mountain.. Anything.. I wish i can go on adventures.. What is beyond these seas??! Why are we all stuck on this island with the only purpose of surviving.. What can i do??......
I know!! Ill try diving in the waters near the shore, maybe if i find some sort of map.. Anything, anything to give this village hope... "
The next morning, Luna skips breakfast and storms out of the house, all the villagers, plowing away in their farms, kids playing around with plastic bottle as substitution for a ball, birds flying out of their nests in search for food.. Today is an active day as usual.. Luna runs to the edge of the island and dives in.. She searches the ocean floor but all she sees is sand.. Luna can't hold her breath for long, 30 seconds is her maximum. After 2 hours her parents start to worry, her mother find her diving in and out of the waters, her mother says:
~"Luna!! What are you doing out here?? You were supposed to be helping your grandpa find his beloved cat."
-"None of your buisness!!"
Luna continues to her search, her mother warns her, but Luna ignores..
After a while Luna sees something in the distance, a book half dug into the sand with what seems like a chain around it, Luna goes up to take a breath then goes to check it out... She brings the book to the surface, and on the cover of the book.. No author.. In simple worn out text..
