A Lucid Dream

No sight

Luna is freaked out by all of these. She spends the night under the cover with her bright blue eyes wide open. She hears subtle sounds at night.

*is it her imagination?*

After a long night of fear she starts hearing birds out on the window.

She takes a small glance from an opening in the covers, there is a very small ammount of light.. She scans the room with one eye while under the sheets.. Then she sees, in the shadows on the corner, a shadowy figure standing in the corner look back at her..

Luna's eyes dilate, the whole world seem to be going fast. She hides under the cover. Her heart races, her beats increase, her fear rises, her breathing becomes intense..

Luna hides under the covers with fear running through her veins for a few hours, she can tell theres more light..

...and then...

l u n a h e a r s f o o t s t e p s

They're getting closer and closer, her heart races

Her breathing intensifies

Fear of death comes near

Fear of the unknown..

She senses something standing over her, slowly an arm clutches the blanket.

The fear!!!

And then in a flash the blanket gets removed by something.

Luna lets out a terrified screech with her eyes closed and she guards her face with her arms..

And then, she hears:

~"luna!! Its breakfast time, what are you doing in your bed!!?? Also quite down!!"

-"m-m-mom??"

Luna comes doen stairs with her legs trembling

"was is it a dream??"

"was it a hallucinations??"

"no!! It had to be real"

At the breakfast table, luna has no appetite, and this is odd especially with Luna.

Her mother asks if everything is alright, and Luna tells her everything she had experienced including the whole boom ordeal with a trembling and fearful voice and a slight tear in the eye..

Her mother laughs

~"theres no such thing Luna!!"

Her mother asks to see the book atleast, and Luna realised this could be good proof.. So after breakfast, Luna holds her mother's arm, and starts walking her upstairs.. Luna and her mother slowly approach her bed. Luna lifts the matress slowly and picks up the book.

-"here it is mom, s-see? I told you"

~"darling are you pulling some sort of prank? You're holding nothing, you're holding air!!

-"what?? What do you mean, i-its right here"

~"luna i have no time for jokes, this whole thing must've been a weird dream"

At that moment Luna realised, she is the only being, that can view these.
