Ariana's POV
I could feel everything. I just couldn’t move for some reason. She whispered something to him, making him cry in sadness. I felt him drop to the floor at the same time as darkness consumed me.
That was it. That is the last thing I remember before I fell. My body dropped to the floor unconscious.
At some point, I opened my eyes only to find myself lying next to Derek's naked body. I sat up trying to remember what happened, but in vain.
Time was ticking. I stood up and took a blanket covering Derek, then I checked that he was still unconscious before I opened a window to the Fairies Realm.
I quickly walked through it and changed clothes, getting rid of all of Derek's sent off of me. I ran quickly into the bathroom, took a quick shower, and washed my delicious mate's scent
