I wore my big curly black wig in my head and thick-rimmed glasses on my eyes after fixing my pants and blouse. Today, I was going back to school and I don’t know what to feel. I was feeling a mix of excitement, nervousness, and at the same time worried.
Excited because I could finally get back to school and meet my classmates and Vince after almost a month of recovering from the torture that I’ve experienced from Aunt Lucy.
Nervous because people might ask what happened to me and I don’t know how to answer them. I was feeling so worried that Debra might spread rumors and lies about me, about what happened to their house.
