STELLA’s POV
“Dino…” I called out upon entering his hospital room.
I saw him lying down in bed with different tubes connected on different parts of his body. I pulled a stool and sat beside him at the bed and grabbed his hand.
“Stella…” he whispered, squeezing my hand in his. “I’ve been waiting you for hours already.”
“I’m sorry, Dino. I just got out from work. How are you feeling?” I asked, brushing my left hand over his blonde hair.
“Feeling better, now that you’re here.” He gave me a small smile but I caught a glint of sadness in his eyes before he looked away. “When will Debra and mom going to visit me?”
