"Thank you so much, Ms Asphelion," I shook the doctors' hands as their conversation finally ended. It was concerning my field of study- however, I'm pretty sure they were talking to Asher most of the time.
"Thank you so much for looking after Lux," I thanked Asher as I took Lux from him. We basically had our shifts and now it's my time to look after Lux.
Thankfully, Lux didn't meet with that stranger he was talking about yesterday- we went into an amusement park and I was so close to him complained about it the whole day.
Asher also had his fair share of nagging from Lux - but for his safety, it was all worth it.
When we got home, however, when Asher was teasing Lux- he adamantly said, "I met him though....."
