Against my will

Episode 3

Jack embarrassed about what to say because he doesn't know anything about kitchen at all, tell hers that "I am sorry but can you tell me about appliances first cause I don't use kitchen at all". The lady looks at her in surprise thinking is she not from this world or what. Who doesn't know about these appliances. But she smiles and tells her that it's easy whatever they will be using, she will explain first how to use it.

Jack sighed in relief, he was terrified that this lady will complain to his mom again and then he will receive another beating and set of harsh words.

Jack's POV

I am handed few vegetables to cut for soup and i start chopping like I usually do but then she hits me on my head scolding me for cutting vegetables in such a unmannered way.

"Don't you eat food or that too you don't eat because that's not how veggies look in your soup, so unshaped. See here and learn how to chop these vegetables".

It really hurt because its true I don't get to eat such vegetables before and I don't eat them since we shifted here because i am not even allowed anything other than fruits and juices to make me glow and reduce my weight. Even now i am standing here empty stomach.

A human being is free to atleast eat what they want but i guess i am not a human being but a pet who is to be trained according to their masters wishes before sold to them.

I have been cutting vegetables for last two hours and i have numerous cuts in my hand because of trying to cut them perfectly but its still not perfect even after cutting them for like ten times. I am really tired of standing. My feet hurts so much and these heels are really painful to stand on for long hours.

Well here goes nothing again because i kind of dropped the plate of veggies while day dreaming. Not my fault because well she was making me cut it for hours and i am tired but she was still persistent on making me cut it till i am perfect well it is perfect according to me so now i really couldn't take it anymore.

"Jack, what are you doing? Ohh my god what a waste of food. I have not seen someone as careless and shameless as you seriously. What are you 5 years old that you just dropped our two hours practice suddenly. What will i say to you mum? Ohh my god you are so handful".

"What the hell i didn't do anything on purpose i swear it was a mistake. You know i am not in habit to stay that long in kitchen so i got tired and out of tiredness my hand flipped the plate".

This b***h seriously has been giving me hell. I was the one working and chopping for two hours and she hasn't even permitted me to sit for a minute or let me drink water, working my ass non stop and she dare say that our practice huh? I wish someone just comes and rescue me from here it's annoying and tiring. Why am i being trained like a multitasking maid instead of a wife. It feels more like i will be a maid in that house entertaining guest and cooking food for a lot of people everyday as if people don't come to eat but check how the vegetables were cut and how soup was cooked.

"Jack stop daydreaming and clean this will you or you want me to remind you that there are few guests in our house who i know will set your mind right". I shiver at mention of those guests. Well they are german shepherds sent by my so thoughtful husband who wanted to make sure i am protected. Well good for my mom as she knows that they are my weakness. I am s**t scared of dogs since child. And she uses it to her advantage.

I get back to cleaning all this mess created which cut my fingers because there were pieces of broken plate too. After cleaning i go back to my room to clean myself up as i got really messy in there.

After changing i lie down in bed thinking of resting for a bit but i guess i was too tired that slipped into dreamland.

Author's POV

"I pity that girl, she is so fragile that it seems like if someone pushes her little she will break but her mother is so cruel as if she is not even her own child. I mean there are so many sisters why not marry someone who wants to marry why her when she is literally begging to let her study. Well looks like rich people are really cruel i am happy I didn't born in auch family ".

"Hey keep your voice down, you will be fed to dogs like that last maid. She just said that its wrong to make someone diet for so long and madam fed her to dogs i heard nothing was left of her literally. Madam is very dangerous and scary. I don't wanna die yet".

"That's true even I don't wanna die by that b***h's hand she is really cruel".

"WHERE IS THAT BRAT. THAT GOOD FOR NOTHING, TODAY I WILL TEACH HER A LESSON SERIOUSLY. SHE DOESN'T REALLY UNDERSTAND SIMPLE WORDS OF COMING BACK FAST FOR REST OF THE LESSON. TODAY I WILL GO SEE WHAT SHE IS DOING".

Everyone was scared for the young miss in the room. They way her mother was reacting it looked like she will kill her today.

Mrs Malinda climbs the stair towards miss Jack's room and everyone's heart was beating fast in terror. Every maid in house was praying fir young miss's safety. They all feared that they were all gonna hear the screams and cries of her like they did when madam hit her with belt for not wanting to get married. They remember how the girl was hugging herself and hiding in corner after being beaten black and blue and asking for mercy and also agreeing to whatever demands her mother had.
