Chapter 9 ~She is Beta~

"Leon!!"

Leon, who was going to pour another bottle of wine at Rikka, stopped hearing the voice calling him.

He smirks "Aren't you a gentleman?" His gaze averted to the voice, "Harry..."

Harry sighed, "That's enough now. You've punished her more than plenty."

"Tsk!" Leon was somehow annoyed, " You're too soft-hearted, Harry. That's why, everyone thinks low of you, just like and do whatever they want..." His irritating gaze falls at Rikka "This b*tch!"

"Yeah, yeah. Now let's go before things goes any wrong than it already is." Harry knew about Leon's behavior, he won't go of her even at the end until he is satisfied by humiliating her. Her didn't wanted any unnecessary chaos.

Leon didn't wanted to go at all. After all, he wasn't satisfied. To him, the fun had just begun.

"Leon, let go."

" Tsk!" He took a deep breath as he out the bottle of wine back to the low table. He bend down and whispered in her ear "Didn't you said my friend low living being? Did you misconcept about my friend disappear? As you know see, my friend is a gentleman you can ever find in your damn dream."

He then gazed at her "Look at me!" With her trembling body, she tried to meet his gaze, he warns her "Next time, before you dare to speak sick words about my friend, be sure to accept the consequences and do remember, next time, no one can stop me."

After warning her clearly, he left the V.I.P room with Harry.

Rikka was lost in her thoughts, staring at the floor blankly. The tears couldn't stop coming through her eyes.

She wiped her tears yet her tears wasn't taking name of ceasing.

Till now, she had never been scared or humiliated to this point where her mind went blank with only constant tears in her eyes.

•Outside the club•

Leon wrapped his hand around Harry's shoulder, "So, Wanna come my home?"

"No!" Harry instantly reject him.

A dejected expression took a place at Leon's face "You're honestly nasty, Harry."

"Nasty?" Harry's quiet gaze falls at him.

"Tsk!" Leon's lips twisted, "Fine, fine. Just kidding."

Harry stood in front of Leon blocking his way "Listen to me, Leon. You're not—"

Leon cut off his word annoying "Yeah, Yeah, I got it. I'm not just alpha but an respected actor too. I need to look after my image, Bla-bla-bla."

"If you already know, try to behave yourself."

Leon pout his cheeks like a little kid "Why are you scolding me? It's all that b*tch fault."

Harry stares at him quietly, who was pouting trying to avoid his gaze. He couldn't help but sigh "Alright! Alright! Stop making that face. It's her fault okay? But next time, be careful."

Leon beamed instantly "Really? Sure, I'll do as you say but that's only when nobody tried to badmouth about you."

"Leon..." He let out a deep breath with a slight smile. He patted on his shoulder "I'm alright. Of course, If have to be honest, I'm extremely furious at her."

"So, I did good right?" Leon felt proud of himself but he wasn't still satisfied.

"Yeah, yeah, but don't go overhead." He warns her "Got it?"

"Did I go overhead? I don't think so!" Leon pretended to act as innocent "I just taught her a tiny lesson. That's all."

"You and your stupid act. Let's get going now."

He went straight to the car as Leon followed him back. Nick drove the car straight to Leon's home.

On the way, Harry compliment him "You did an great job for concealing your Alpha odor back then."

Leon's jaw drop with his wide eyes. He couldn't help but chortle like a little kid.

Harry frowns in confusion "What's so funny?"

"I'm just happy. After all, you rarely compliment me." He turns beside him and gazed through the window as his smile disappear from his lips "I wanted to torture her until she regrets taking birth to this earth but, If I had done anything worse then that, you would hate me and I don't want you to hate me."

Harry stares at his back as a warm feeling took a place at hid heart. He smiled "You're like my little brother. Why would I even hate you?"

Leon turns to gaze at him mockingly, "That's why you always keep nagging me like an old man."

Harry gave him a death glare "I'm just a year older than you like a green leaf."

Both cracked up staring at each other.

°After two days°

•At shooting location (dressing room)•

"Leon, let me remind you again. Don't cause any ruckus, Got it?" Eren who was wearing a normal dress, pant, and white t-shirt with cap warned him.

Leon gaze up him from top to bottom without speaking a word.

Eren frown, "When will you stop staring at me? You're gonna make a hole on my body through your irritating stare and yeah, are you even listening to me? You've been staring at me since morning." He was annoyed.

Leon sighed "Yeah, Yeah, I'm listening. Why do you and Harry always keep nagging me?"

"It's cause you never listen. Even if you do, you listen through your one ear, and toss it with another."

"Yeah, Yeah. Stop nagging me now. It's annoying."

Eren reminded him again "Unlike last time, if you want to do it, book a room."

Leon was so annoyed that he started to giggle as he approached closer to Eren and wrapped his hand around his shoulder "Eren, you know, you look damn handsome in this casual dress. When I'm standing right next to you, I feel like, I'm filter out. The long you're getting old, the more you're getting handsome."

Eren flushed trying to hide his grin. Well, who wouldn't be happy after listening to praise about your appearance.

Yes!! Leon plan was succeeded.

"Ahem! Fine, Fine, stop treasing me now." He took three step back from Leon "I'll get going now. I have to deal some unfinished business of yours."

An important thought crossed his mind "Oh yeah, our company has hired new makeup artist. She is Beta. Do you remember the day when you collided with one woman. It's her. Be nice to her. Don't try anything funny, got it? And yeah, if you're not okay with Beta being around you, I'll speak with director to transfer her into another company though I know, it doesn't concern you whether she stays or not."

Puff*** Leon snickered "If you know very well, why are even bothering to ask for my permission?"

"Tsk! Okay, okay, I'll go now."

When he opened the door and was about to step out, the smile took a place over his lips seeing the figure before his eyes "Oh, Emma. You're here. He is inside, you can apply make up over his face since the shoot is going to begun soon."

She quietly nods her head without speaking a word.

Leon who was sitting at the chair, feeling relax with his head back heard Emma's name. The corner of his lips curved up staring at the mirror of his reflection.
