Chapter 12 NOAH WAS WAITING for Tom in front of the building where he worked, and they arrived at the UNF campus with half an hour to kill. “Why did she make the appointment for four?” Tom said. “Because that’s the earliest I thought I could be there,” Noah said. “I was planning to go home first.” “Let’s go see if she’s free now.” Tom led Noah to the appropriate building and up a flight of stairs.
