After Katherine gave Jilly a glass of water, she was left alone in the kitchen as requested. She drank the water as she looked outside of her backyard, she still had the hammock they put up together years ago. Why was it still there? She had no idea.
“It’s not in his tooth. I would probably say in the nape,” Kook said and Jilly turned around to face him and then nodded.
“Call Marcus and ask his private doctor to come here and do a little surgery,” Jilly said to him as she glanced at Cayne. She got disappointed by him, again, even though it was unintentional. “I’ll be upstairs when changes are notified.”
“Have you eaten, Jilly?”
“Yes,” she replied shortly and then got off the chair to walk up to her bedroom. “Don’t let anyone bother me,” she continued but it was spoken directly to Cayne
