Snow's Start of the Morning

"Yawn..."
"Oh? You're awake? Take a bath first."
"Okay."
I am Snow, someone who possesses bluish round eyes; white hair with the length about to reach my shoulders and has a slender figure. I prefer having my hair short to avoid unnecessary obstacles to my eyes. There's no need to blurt out my height, weight and age.
You can ask but you can die first.
Anyways...
It's early in the morning when I woke up. I'm starting to get used to this early bird routine of my life.
"Yawn..."
I yawned again.
I can't help it though. I'm still sleepy since I slept after cramming for the quizzes today. This is a student's life.
I finished what's needed to be done and went straight to the kitchen.
"You have some dark circles under your eyes."
"That's pretty normal for a student sister. I'm cramming for the quizzes."
"My, is that so? Here, eat your breakfast. I'll have you drink some hot cocoa."
I just nodded.
This place may be seen as abandoned, but no. This two-storey mansion got some vines covering its walls, but it's all just a design. The garden is well kept too by the gardeners and my sister does have a lot of maids but she doesn't want to make her "housewife skills get rusted". This is the reason why she cooks the dishes for the two of us everyday.
"Here. Hot cocoa."
"Thanks sister, what about you? Aren't you going to drink something?"
"Nah, I'm just gonna drink coffee at the office."
"Let me brew it when we get there then. I'm your Student Secretary, after all."
Student Secretary -- a position that could be obtained after being selected by the chairperson of an academy. The individual doesn't need to possess high marks like the ten elites chosen by the faculty. What a Student Secretary must have is the speed to accommodate anyone and process everything, handling it all with precision as well. I'm a bit lacking to be honest, but I'll do my best.
Bluntly speaking, Yukti is better in this than me.
He just withdrew from this position after rescuing us during that Dawn Edge Incident, stating that it's a part of their plan to install him as one to infiltrate the place.
As for the four secretaries, they went back to their usual workplace.
It's been four days when Yukti started teaching me, academics and combat alike. As for the reason why...
"There's something going on and it's better for you to be prepared for anything", is what he said.
I could understand his point. I mean, we found that facility. Those scoundrels... Tch, just thinking about them leaves a bad tatse in my mouth.

"Snow!"
Huh? Who's calling me? I turned around and saw Agony running towards me. From a distance is Yukti, scratching his head.
Agony is a bona fide rune card. It may seem like a joke, but it's the truth. He's Yukti's rune card. First, I thought she's a Summoning rune card, but she's way more than that. She often pops up out of nowhere while Yukti's teaching me. My sister even allowed her to enroll in the academy and she's currently wearing her uniform.
"Oh, Agony. How are you?"
"I'm fine, of course. Say..."
"Yes?"
"When will you confess your feelings to Yukti?"
"Uh, I'd rather not to talk about that."
We got a bit closer after all that girl's night we did and I eventually spilled the beans. She's quite surprised after hearing it and then said she'll support me all the way.
"Hey, Yukti! You better greet Snow a good morning!"
"Come on, stop shouting. I could hear you from miles away", Yukti said as he scratched his cheeks. He turned his head at my direction and said, "Hot morning, Snow."
"Ah, uhmm... Good morning to you, Yukti."
"Yukti! That's not the proper way to greet a girl! Can't you say 'good'?"
"Ugh, you're so noisy. Let's go to the room already. I want to take a nap."
"You're always been like that, Yukti."
"I think there's nothing wrong about it, Snow."
The three of us kept on chattering as we went on.
We were interrupted by a certain person though.
"You again?"
"But of course. I need to defeat you and reclaim my pride."
"Sigh..."
In front of us is the Second Seat, Liz Plasma -- an individual possessing black almond eyes and short hair, has the same height as the First Seat, Faze, but only has half of Faze's breast size. She wore her usual pair of glasses, the school uniform (of course) and has this same competitive vibe the First Seat possesses.
"Can't you just let it slide? I want to sleep."
"No can do! Manifest—"
"[Nightmare Requiem]."
"Kuhh! Why are you so fast in using your rune card?"
Liz is staggering after being affected by Yukti's rune card. It's not bad as before when Yukti just released the effect wildly.
"Let's continue this on later at the dome. For now, I want to sleep."
"As confident as ever, Yukti."
"I don't get why they're doing this."
Mhmm. You don't recall anything about what you've done before? You literally destroyed their pride. As for me, it's fine. What you did made me realize that I could be a better version of myself.
And now we're now in the classroom.
As what he said earlier, he put his arms on the table and snoozed. I'm sitting next to him, while Agony is sitting at the back. I did the same position as Yukti's and stared at him with curious eyes.
"How much torment did you experience to become the current you, I wonder?"
Leen told me about how many times Yukti cried silently. He seldom smiles from the bottom of his heart.
I wonder if I could become a pillar for your crumbling heart.
I'm not strong enough to help you out though.
I'll make sure that I'll get stronger and be with you, staying at your side...
I giggled while looking at his sleeping face as I await the arrival of our instructor.
