The chairman flinched after hearing my voice.
"Sorry to startle you. I'm just some random citizen helping Snow."
The chairman sighed and turned his head to my direction.
"Oh. You're accompanying Snow, young lady?"
"What young--"
Before Snow could finish her question, I muzzled her mouth with my hand. I know that it's inappropriate to do so, but I have no other choice but to stop that high-pitched voice of astonishment.
She removed my hand and started nagging me in a whisper.
"You're a female!?"
"I think my gender is obvious since we're together right now, right?"
"Eh? But why are you...?"
"Don't fret on that matter too much."
As we're engaged in a small feud, the director chuckled and addressed me a statement of uncertainty.
"You're either brave or a lunatic to initiate this reckless plan."
"You can say that again. Mmm, they're coming. Snow, please touch the rope."
"You mustn't. This rope--"
"Is the trigger for a rune card or two, right? Trust us on this one, mister."

"Hah! Serve them right!"
"There are only two of them, search the other two! Search every nook and cranny! Go!"

We found two bodies, no longer showing any signs of life, unrecognizable in front of the real chairman. It's a tad disappointing, since I didn't see their agony. The director is still binded by the rope enchanted with the [Trigger] rune card. He's screaming out of frustration. This sorrow would do.
I approached the now broken chairman and grabbed his neck. I don't need this s**t rag anymore.
"So, how is it? How does it feels to be the one liable of sending these people to their demise? It's painful right? So painful than what I'm doing to you right now, right? Now, despair! Our plan's in the final stages, and you're the pitiful sacrifice for it!"
"W...why...are you...doing this?"
"For my satisfaction of course! Let me remove that blindfold of yours for you to see."
I ripped his blindfold, stained with blood, to grant him the vision he needs to see his beloved students being turned into puppets! Ah, my boss surely loves me! He prepared this much for me! Ah! What bliss!
"See those fools? See those lifeless eyes? They're hypnotized! Whatever I do to them, they don't mind; whatever I asked for them, they follow. Despair, my friend... Show me your despair!"

I have my rare rune card [Whip of the Sadist], an exceptional card that coincides with my character. This card basically absorbs every ounce of pleasure I get from watching those pitiful lowlifes screaming for help -- something that would never appear.

I used my whole strength to finally strangle this pathetic man to death.

I started walking away from the lifeless bodies, full of happiness. But I noticed that my goons are still at the entrance of the room. God damn...these guys are imbeciles.
"Are you lot trying to ruin my mood? Go now before I kill each one of you!"
"W-we are trying sir, but for some reason we ended up coming back here when we reached the exit."
"HAH? That's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard! If you want to give a reason, you better give a better alibi!"

The exit is visible and the light is shining from it.

To my surprise...

I looked around. I saw the three lifeless bodies, still in their original positions.
That's strange. I'm pretty sure I'm already at the exit just now.
I must be daydreaming. Yes. That's it.
I tried to get out again and got the same result.
"Nah, this isn't real."

"The f--you guys, if you're playing a prank on me, this is not a good prank."
And again.
This isn't good. I'm experiencing something like a loop.
I looked at the three corpses once more.
These bodies are still in their original positions. But contrary to what I usually feel whenever I see lifeless bodies, I'm slowly getting afraid.

In order to defeat me, she sacrificed the chairman and two of the secretaries to use a f*******n rune card! Yes, that succubus is capable of doing such atrocity. Hah!

Even though I'm just beside him, I can't fathom what Yukti did. Just as what I told him earlier, he's pretty shrewd.
As soon as I touched the rope, two rune cards appeared, one on each side of the chairman. It was about to activate when Yukti immediately used another rune card. It's different from the other cards he used earlier. Is it another Original card?
"Done."
"Wha--?"
Yukti's card dissipated and its glimmering silver dusts merged with the other two. The cards then somehow looks deactivated and slowly crumbled to nothingness.
It's a Disposable!
Yukti then released yet another rune card. He caught it between his two fingers. And started spouting words that would come out from a psycho.
"Now then, let's start the final act."
