"You shouldn't have left that way, you know? Now my younger sibling keeps on asking me about who you are."
"Sorry for my rudeness, but I've always been awkward to anyone I met for the first time. That's just how I am, ma'am."
"Now I'm starting to wonder how Cory was able to endure that 'awkwardness' of yours."
"Please don't bring that topic, chairperson."
The carefree chairperson named Michaela Lore, with an alias of Rose Crimson, was laughing while we're conversing through a video chat. It's Saturday, and I'm currently in the kitchen preparing dinner. I just put my cell card together with a stand at a considerable distance away from me. What's shown on her monitor is me while mincing some onions. Sniff...
"I didn't knew that there are men who cook."
"It's great to know that your stereotypical view about men in regards to cooking dissipates."
I didn't bat an eye on the chairman while speaking. I may know how to cook and all, but when it comes to doing something in the kitchen with a knife, I'm pretty stupid. If I don't focus my eyes towards what I'm doing, I'll end up receiving cuts. I once asked Leen to do prep work but what happened is much worse than my occasional cuts.
Like, how the heck would a knife wedged through the chopping board -- not to mention her finger got a deep cut -- and split the thing in half?
In the end, it's been decided that I will solo the kitchen work in our home.
"You don't have to be too stiff."
"It's not that I like being one. Anyways, I've heard that Snow's going to attend your school."
"Yep. This Monday!"
"That was fast."
After a brief period of time, I finally finished the dish. It's just a serving for one person. Leen's out today, hanging out with her friends. I think she said "stay-over" or something? I just gave her my permission, since I'm well-aquainted with her friend's parents.
"Where's your sister?"
"Hanging out with friends."
"Aww, aren't you lonely? Want me to go there and cheer you up?"
"Please don't raise any issues."
"Eh, stingy... Hey wait, I need you to--"
I ended the call. I feel sorry for her and what I did may be rude, but I want to eat in peace.
Hmm? Is she about to say something important?
I'll just ask her on Monday.

"Where's your sister?"
"Hanging out with friends."

"Please don't raise any issues."
"Eh, stingy... Hey wait, I need you to--"
Ah. He hung up. I wasn't able to relay the important part. I'm just going to have him called via intercom on Monday.
He's pretty easy to tease.
I could see why Cory adored him.

It's already Monday, and it's rainy.
As the chairperson, I need to be in the institution an hour before class starts. It's a pain, but it's my duty to finalize the documents needed by the whole school body. Moreover, all of my secretaries are still recovering, so I need to do all the tasks in my various business.
Ah, so tiring!
But then again, I need money to pay the teachers in here. It's a bit suffocating in this successful life of mine.
I'm in my office, wearing a pinkish long-sleeved shirt and black skirt, staring idly outside through the window. Pretty casual, isn't it?
It's starting to rain cats and dogs... Oh? I think that's a student wearing a transparent blue raincoat. I mean, I could tell from a glance who's who by simply glancing at the person's physique, and hearing the thud of his or her footsteps. That's an easy feat since I'm someone with heightened senses, an elf.
I know that that's plain flexing but still...
I'm getting drowzy. I think it would be better to finish a couple more paperwork before I snooze.

It's pretty cold this morning.
It's raining hard, so I got my raincoat on and went straight to the school. As for my sister, she'll be excused from her classes (again) since she'll participate in a conference. That girl should lighten her load.
I came at the place way too early than usual.
The cold seeped through my body and I think a good ol' hot cocoa will make my day. I went to the cafeteria in hopes of a brewing machine available and lucky me, there is. The cocoa's pretty affordable too. It'll only cost me five points.
I enjoyed the warmth as I sip the hot cocoa in this cold weather.
"Oh? Hey! Yukti!"
Huh? Someone's calling my name. I looked around and saw her wearing brown jacket and underneath it is...the new school uniform for girls or something? It kind of looks like one.
I'll purchase three for my sister later. It's great to know that our uniforms are available.
"Good morning, Yukti."
"Cold day to you, Snow."
I sip my hot drink once more as I glanced at her.
I could say that the designer of this uniform loves simple designs. It's a simple white long-sleeved uniform with some blue and black squares on the part where the left chest is located when worn, and those squares merged and made a blue part with the black color being used for our school logo. I know it sounds weird, but our school logo is a black hole, since our chairperson stated that we students intake each and every lessons into our minds, or something like that.
"You're not oogling at my chest, aren't you?"
Snow jokingly stated that while covering her breasts with her hands. As if that'll help.
"I respectfully deny. I'm staring at the details of the new school uniform."
The silence envelopes the room, save for the sound made by the dripping raindrops. She stared intently at me and smiled.
"Yukti, allow me to thank you for saving me. I'm happy that you came to my rescue, something requested by my sister."
"You don't need to. I just wanted to help."
"Say, Yukti... what's your decision about that matter?"
"About what matter?"
"Eh? Didn't my sister called you last Saturday?"
Ah yes. I did hung up during our conversation though.
"I didn't knew about it. Sorry about that."
"Ah, no! It's okay! Anyways, what my sister wanted to ask of you to become my tutor. Would you accept it?"
So that's what Michaela wanted to convey. She better convey it straight to the point next time.
