Abel was preparing to strengthen his own abilities during this time. First, he focused on weaponry. In the coming battle, if he had a long-range weapon, he could attack the werewolf from a distance and slow down its approach, at the very least. He had researched the bows and arrows of this world, but he was more interested in crafting the 70-pound compound bow that he had used back on Earth.
