Known for its authentic Italian food, the restaurant is most highly regarded as an enoteca, a wine library or wine specialty house. It was a logical setting for Vienna’s showcase of Italian wines, with its faux marble columns, arched ceilings, life-size Romanesque sculptures, and wall paintings.
