(Mason’s POV)
“Jessie?” I said in a profoundly confused voice. It took me a minute to realize she had literally passed out. “Jessie!!” I repeated as panic began to set in and I shook her shoulders gently.
What the f*ck was I gonna do? What the holy h*ll just happened?! I didn’t think I hurt her!
I raked my hand through my hair as I frantically gazed around the room until my eyes landed on my cell phone. I rolled across the bed till I could reach the far nightstand and grabbed my phone as I fluidly got to my feet. It was like I was on autopilot as I dialed the number while simultaneously grabbing clothes, pulling my pants on quickly as the male’s voice on the other end said, “Your majesty, how can I help you?”
“Doc Peters, can you come to my room, please. And hurry! It’s an emergency.
