Chapter 9     “The sluagh usually haunt places of their sin,” Cailleagh said, as she sat on the floor at the foot of the bed. Joey was sitting on the bed combing out her wet hair. The feel of him touching her hair and combing it out was soothing to her.  “So, something must have happened in that parking lot.” As his hands ran over her hair, the comb detangling her curls, she could feel a kind of calm spreading through her.       “So, we figure out what happened there, then what?” he asked as he started to braid her hair.     “I don’t know,” she admitted.  “Never came across one before.”  She shrugged.  “What does the book say?”     He scoffed.  “Sprite, I haven’t even gotten a fourth of the way through that  f*****g monstrosity!” He chuckled.  “I’ll be a f*****g ninety year old before
