Nesta was surprised when he got the news. He figured he had been meeting quite a lot of courageous people lately. First, it was Selina threatening him and now this. Even if Macon had not executed the job properly, which he was convinced could not be the case that was not enough for Selina to threaten him. And. He was serious about what he had said. There is absolutely nothing she can do to him.
He dismissed the thought and dialed her number. He wanted to avoid her for now but with the situation on ground, he had to talk to her.
‘He..llo.. What a surprise!’ Selina mocked as she picked up the phone.
‘Hey!’ Nesta instinctively raised a hand. ‘I don’t have time for any of that. I just called to tell you that Jessica has escaped and...’
