Even though it was hard for her, Natalie had to adapt to this new normal. It was crystal clear that she would never have Jeremy back in her life and that made her stick to Elijah.
She tried her best to show him that she was happy to be his fiance though deep down she was sad. There was no day that went by without her thinking about Jeremy.
