"anyway, let's go to your sister's wedding" she rolls her eyes. She stands up the same time Ora comes over to us.

"hey Rati, I'll see you later, bye" I stand up and walk over to Rati and kiss her on the lips

"are you okay" she blushes and nods her head yes, her eyes shift towards the door, I followed her eyes and maya is still there looking over at us, I feel my own blush creep. She walks out and closes the door.

"we should get ready for the wedding, there's still one right?"

I rub my face because I'm frustrated.

"hopefully" she wraps her arms around my neck and stands on her toes, bringing my face down towards hers. I kiss her and bit her bottom lip, and just like that, we have our way with each other on the couch. Before we prepared ourselves for the wedding.

Its chaotic, everyone is doing ups and downs searching for the groom, Kagiso is in panic, I think he knows something, but Is keeping quite, Katlego is a crying mess, Tshego and I are trying to confort her but nothing is working, I saw that Maya is not here either. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid, I don't know. I just hope it's not what I'm thinking.

I look over and Kagiso is in a heated argument with Loyiso, he keeps pushing him and pushing but Kagiso is doing nothing to stop that. Like he welcomes everything. I know he said he blames himself for not being the biggest brother, but he should not take this lying around.

"you two stop it, now" Maureen repremends them.

"no mom, he should have put a stop to all this, it's all his fault"

"how is it my fault huh?" Kagiso counters.

"is it my fault that this family is f****d up, is it my fault? Tell me exactly how everything is my fault"

Now everyone is looking at them.

"look, look at your own sister, she's a mess"

"Katlego, just because she has bipolar doesn't make her any less of human, nor our family, if you guys actually took time to love and understand her, you would know that she a great person, she's not as f****d up as you all"

She folded her arms and looked at him square in the eye.

"you seem to forget that you the most f****d up of us all don't you?"

"how could I forget when you remind me all the time, I mean I am a Mahlangu. Being f****d up is in my blood, unfortunately."

He looks at his father and then back at Katlego.

"katli, you know I love you, but what you did was heartless and I pray you don't get too caught up in your s**t to loose sight of who you are"

Then he takes my hand and leads me outside.

I don't say anything as we go to the car and back at the lodge. He heads straight to the shower, I think he needs some time alone so I let him be.

I sit on the bed and take my heels off, one by one, once I'm done, I massage my feet, it's been a short day but the ups and downs made, made me tired. I put my sleepers on when I hear a knock at the door.

I go and open only to be met by a cold look from Mr Mahlangu.

"where is he?" he asks inviting himself in.

"he's taking a shower" as If caring not, he walked to the direction of our bedroom. What the f**k.

"dad what the f**k!" I hear Kagiso shout.

"shut up boy, what the hell was that"

They are both shouting.

I'm not interested in knowing what they talking about so I grab my phone and walk out. For the first time since we came here, I can see how beautiful the place actually looks.

I was taking a shower when my father barged in on me.

I chuckle, "you of all people know what the hell that was" I switch the shower tap off and walk out, draping myself with a towel..

"don't play smart with me Mahlangu" he always addressed me like that. I don't know why, but I hate it, if anything this surname brings nothing but a curse, it's no wonder aunt Wawa left. She couldn't handle things like this. Too bad I can't change my surname and be someone else.

"don't dad, don't even start" I take sweat pants and a t-shirt out of my luggage bag and wear them, I can feel his eyes peirce my back.
