The Terragonian Awakening

I never thought I would ever see the brother of a man whom I thought dead and God knows where he is now. This person standing and looking down at me with all their pride and like it has a higher place in the supernatural hierarchy. As though they have honor in how they fought and betrayed my father, he looked upon me. If I could have gotten up, he would be no more... He was glaring and smiling at me, happy to see how weak I am and I could see through all that smile he still was brought up as a crook like his brothers, "Tell me, are you all living by a code of having no sense of embarrassment. If I was you I would have puked to be brought up by something like your brother and his friends. I wish I just left the place already or killed myself. If you haven't then you just a piece of filth like they are and I won't be honored to take you down in battle." His guards were quite shocked by the way their master had been spoken to. It all seemed a lot too much like none ever speaks to him like that. He must have been brought up away from all of us yet why and how is he here. He saw my smile but he didn't flinch. After all, he had the blood of Glendinians but the blood he doesn't deserve and his kin never did. It was still quite alarming for me for him to express nothing as I told him..this didn't make it easy for me read him and in fact, I couldn't read him at all. He stood up and...smiled at me like none of what I said meant anything. It seems like I am wrong after all... He sighed and shook his head looking again down at me with all the pity he can feel and it was just enraging my soul from deep within though I couldn't feel Naufilius anymore, it was just--me, "You are pathetic. You think you have a clue of what I am and try to see through that which you seek. But all your deductions are quite wrong this time little wolf. You see your friend is with us now and it wasn't to my insights that that's the Count's son." He weaved his sword and kept it against my neck. It was quite fashionable I wouldn't deny and I did not think less of Derik, I knew he was caught at the exact time I heard this person saying his name."You have taken us fugitive and where will this get you we barely have anything." I said trying to borrow time so I'm sure Derik didn't spoil it that he had the piece of the golden chair, the main one that was embedded into its back. A diamond it was and from ancient times. I also realized that I have the piece of the instrument in my hand but I'm sure he knows that. The only way I can get answers is to follow them and escape later without notice perhaps with the instrument itself. Quite some time passed as We were taken outside and until then he never spoke. His armor showed just his vigor and quality of fighting but not his skills and not certainly not the way his mind works. Why was it this difficult for me to read? It looks like the details were plain as day but I couldn't read it. We were led to his vehicle upon which we were taken in as prisoners but he sat with us. At first glance, it was strange as he didn't sit at the king's seat behind the driver with the horses but in the jail in here."So, Faudian Sr. truly does have a kid who is not that good at combat but ten times stronger with that of the mind I see.." It seemed like he tried too hard to get into my nerves but he never had to as he already did the first time, "You are taking us to your castle but what do you want from us.." I was interrupted in my conversational question to try and read him while I glanced at his eyes and Derik yawned like he thought this was a trip and looked at him with all seriousness and asked, "You are gonna serve us some of that good scotch and wine from that Glendin place or something right?" I smiled as for once this dumbness seemed well enough to distract him and look at us as though we are weaklings ,"Pity how the great warrior of Bloodteeth has a son no naive this way. It's obvious how you two get along so tell me about all your adventures all the secrets you found and for sure you will get your umm wines?" He turned to him as he said that and back at me. I really sighed this time letting out all my nervousness for us to be taken down but we weren't yet. We were rather taken to his castle and he probably didn't want the others to know that their king left the building. This was all quite hard to read and very suspicious,"You came outside hurriedly just to see me? You are afraid your people will know that your enemy still exists and he has come inside your own Kingdom." He leaned back and stared at me as his smile diminished a bit,"You are right, wolveian you are right, but I'm sorry to let you know that it's not you that I'm afraid to bring in and let people see but the vampire amongst us sitting right there. You see bloodteeth really give surprises to people as we truly teach them how we killed every last one of them." I glared at his bare face waiting for it to get clawed but no, no I had to stay calm so I can focus on every slip he makes while he talks meanwhile An angry vampire struggles to let loose and bite him with his teeth. It was the first time I saw him raging and it wasn't that bad at all, "You think you are a mighty king yourself you, schmuck. " he calmed down and let go of his breath laughing after that," Haha no worries, we both know what mister count did, that must have served you guys well." He tightened his palm and grinned his teeth hearing Derik say that. Perhaps Count was up to something and all of this was at a greater stake."I'll take care of you later, weakling." We arrive at a massive white palace surrounded by witches and men with blood on their hands. This wasn't making much sense and soon as I got down and felt the whole place and its sinister heart pumping more and more blood and blood of these poor citizens that are being fed lies. Humans, monsters, vermins, witches, and every other species coexisted but not for the right thing. Upon visit, they hated on me but surprisingly welcomed Derik with open hands. One of the ugliest beasts came forward with a smile on his face and looked at an uncomfortable Derik,"The Prodigal son of Dracula, everyone he's here, at last, the greatest friend of our King but with this Wolveian filth who destroyed his kin." Like I knew they were fed lies about me and probably my father and that really worked me up...making me more furious mentally than ever before. "Heh..yeah thank you I guess."Derik laughed nervously though still staring at that huge white castle and back at me weirded by all this. We were suddenly let free and our cuffs were taken off. We were then led to this giant hall full of food on the desk and everyone there greeted Derik and also me, a little. "Oh...wine and food." Derik was astonished almost forgetting the whole conversation he had where he almost fought this man, "Indeed, I, Calfian brought you here first to have food and then we speak...". Derik seemed to have liked the offer and I went along with them, sitting at the other side of the dining table looking at Calf and glaring, "What the matter wolf, you have gone vegan? we have that stuff too." He wasn't good at the part where he makes jokes, this was all still an annoying gesture, "Why am I here and not in the jail." He was rather intrigued I asked that question almost like he just waited and hinted all this time for that one thing to come out of my mouth,"Why...that's a very good question one that you should have asked long before." He crossed his arms as he slowly kept the cutlery down still chewing on the food that was left in his mouth whilst Derik was a mouthful and weirded out by both of us keeping his plate on his hands and not on the table. "So you need to know why I need you. Our guards aren't the brainiest sure they have vigor but they can't make the decisions I do or think as you do. But here's the thing Van Helsings and we are not going along as much as we would think except this once. But my offer to you is that I am betraying them and I need your help. Im not here to ask your help I'm just gonna need it." I clenched fists and looked through his eyes with all the wrath I felt. As though I would ever follow this man's command. I was just waiting all this time just to strike and get out of here as this piece of information was enough for me. I laughed and smiled at him as I spoke trying to lure him closer and really get his nerves," I won't ever work for you, I think that's obvious." He laughed like he knew what he could do. It seemed like he thought I was helpless but I couldn't just understand what this was all about and why I couldn't read him. Maybe this was all witchcraft but that is beyond something where I can help myself and see what I know, I just listened, for now, to see what he might say and he did not say anything that I wanted him to say, "I know you won't absolutely not. You are as stubborn..as your parents, my brother used to say." He got up with the sword in his hand and kept getting closer..but none of this felt daunting only gave me a better chance for my claws to mark his body everywhere. "I soon came to know the existence of both of you when I heard of the instrument and the diary of your Dad's being found and of course, the one thing that lead me all to it was the supernatural events happening in the human cities under the control of me and the mafia but some wolf couldn't keep his claws to himself." He was dragging the silver sword on the floor to me and calmly looking at me with a smile as though he wanted to pet me with that sword in his hand. His floor was wooden and the scratching sounds made me shiver in irritation on top of the words that came out of his mouth all of this was not something I could handle. "I'm happy you seem annoyed but the thing is you will be evermore as now I have the map and also know the location of the place your parents were in the end...and I also kinda know about this other guy inside you. You know we are gonna together and you know it or well the map, the instrument piece, and of course the diamond." He said as the guard takes it out of his pouch suddenly and shows him, "taken during our small interrogation in the chariot, I do know sleight of hand actually." I did realize then he was to be handled a bit more carefully and care as I just saw his sword on my chest poking the necklace as he soon lifts it up, "They ended the way they should have all those years ago, and if you won't believe me...i was there and I saw who killed them." He laughed and looked at Derik walking towards him with a bad smile but all of this was triggering something inside like ...it tried to tell me that he was speaking the truth. What if he was, I cannot go now if he really does have the information but what was he holding in," The infamous Count killed your parents ...and here's his necklace, " All my hope, anger, wrath, and peace were numbed down as I saw him holding the necklace that he gave his Bride ...the mother of Derik. I heard they were all together when they went away and left us but I didn't know that...the most horrible thing that could have happened actually did. I looked at a wounded friend looking into my eyes, feeling betrayed. I shook my head to make try and let him know this didn't happen but I knew he was here to keep us apart and through this build, a great war but what he said was daunting and really terrifying. This was the sentence I would have never wanted to hear up until my death and he let it all out yelling and screeching as his voice echoed around his own palace and passing through his priceless acquisitions from every historical path and he waved his arm up, "Yes, Faudian and his wife killed Dracula's bride and they felt the wrath of the king of Bloodteeth. Something that never escapes us is war, isn't it? Hahaha With all your lives and information in my hand soon...my brother will rise and rule...the way he was meant to thanks your dad and your dad, Faudian and Derik...thank you so much." He said as he left commanding his guards to take us in and I felt the winds of doom passing us as we were both said to be kept in the same jail... He cuffed our hands and threw us in and what was to happen...I do not want to deduct but this was lost in all hope.
