I watch Robyn as she slowly walks into the hotel room.
The door closes behind her with a soft click. The room is dim. The curtains are drawn. A single lamp glows on the nightstand. I chose this place carefully. Private. Hidden. No cameras. No listening devices.
I paid for this room specially, just for this purpose. I wanted to have her cornered.
Someone accessed my private files. The ones with the Russian shipment schedules. The ones with the safe house locations. The ones that led Henderson to Naomi.
Robyn is the top suspect in my investigation. She works in my IT department. She has access to everything. Passwords. Servers. Backups.
All of this happened when she sashayed into my life six months ago. Pretty face. Easy smile. Too eager to please.
