However, she is never to return to Dolhq once she leaves and has to oath to never speak of our planet. If she is with a child, after birth she can decide to either raise the baby on Earth or Dolhq. You are allowed to visit Earth and return home as you please. No punishment will be bestowed unto you as we too were wrong. We still have no knowledge of what the social consequences are of Jane being among us, but be careful. This is the final statement of the council." Silva reported.
