At the Silvermoon mansion front yard, Drake Silvermoon was lying stiff on the ground. His skin already turned violet. The pack doctors acted quickly by doing first aid procedures. They were struggling to save Drake’s life by taking out the contaminated blood with syringes. They took the blood from several parts of the body, to prevent the poison from spreading and reached the heart through pulmonary veins.
However, the syringe could only reach the superficial veins (closer to the surface of the body), yet the poison was already spread into the deep veins. They knew that it was beyond their capability any more, but they kept trying their best to prevent Drake’s condition from worsening.
