Chapter 7

Chapter: 6 Moving In/ A Show of Power

Caiden watched the movers as he got home from school, the girls were going over to Raven's to help box up more of her stuff and he wanted to help the movers get everything in. Caiden go there right as they started unloading the boxes and he started helping right away, the movers told him they were fine but he still wanted to help and not fell useless. Finishing with the last box he looked out the window the sun was setting but the girls weren't back yet 'wonder where they could be, probably still helping Raven.' he thought.

"Thanks for the help kid" one of the movers said leaving the apartment.

"No problem have a good one gentleman and thank you for you hard work" Caiden said then sat down on his couch.

Taking a deep breath he closed his eyes, the house was so quiet, it hadn't been this quiet in a while but he enjoyed it for the moment knowing soon the girls would be home and all chaos would ensue. Caiden was finishing his homework on the couch when he drifted off to sleep and once again entered his dream world darkness.

"Its coming the voice boomed, be careful young dragon it will be stronger than you can even fathom" the voice called.

Sitting in his dark dream world he saw the girls in their Kimono's, he smiled at them and they back at him though no one moved, then he saw it a shadow overtook the girls and standing up he saw a shadowy figure walking towards him. The shadow figure had giant wings that sprouted from the back and horns which went from her ears and arched up to come of the person head. A tail trailed behind the figure. The girls eyes came into view they were purple with a small amount of green that surrounded the pupil, they were intoxicating and as muich as Caiden wanted to run though his body wouldn't move.

"So I have found you. Now I'm coming for you." a feminine voice sounded then kissed him deeply.

Caiden woke up as the girls shook him lightly, looking up he saw two of the girls smiling down at him, Miki crossed her arms at him and tapped her foot. Caiden had been making kissy lips when they woke him up.

"Indecent man." Miki says sternly and she stomped off to her room.

"Is she okay?" Caiden asked yawning a little.

"Of course, she probably has the same question we do. Who were you dreaming about? and having a pretty good time it seems." Vix said smirking.

"I don't know it was too dark but they seemed like some kind of spirit, wings, a tail and horn too. Her eyes were purple with green around the pupil." Caiden said, this cause Vix to look at Davina who nodded then both smiled and laughed him off.

The girls seem to ignore Caiden's dream and then Raven walked in smiling at she ran up to him, she blushed some as she got in front of him then looked around the apartment to see some boxes she had packed in the living room. Smiling she looked to the other girls.

"So I'm all moved in." Raven said smiling at Caiden who nodded, the little girl squealed lightly and then covered her mouth.

"All moved in." Caiden answered her and then took her to her new room.

Davina and Vix stayed back and let them go along and then sat down on the couch across from each other. Both took a deep breath, Caiden wasn't just dreaming of this girl it meant a spirit had invaded his territory a wild one and one that seemed to want him.

"So do you know of any wild dragon spirits." Davina asked Vix.

"There are only a few wild dragon spirits but only one with purple eyes with green in them." Vix said and sighed.

"So who is she?" Davina asked.

"No one we want to meet, she kills spirit masters and leaves destruction in her wake the red dragon Malazan though she goes by Mayz now." Vix told her.

"If that's true then Caiden might be a spirit seer, someone who knows the future before it happens. If this Mayz is on her way then we must be extra vigilant and protect him with everything we have." Davina said, Vix nodded.

Caiden woke the next morning to Miki screaming at Vix about how she should be wearing clothes around the house and how indecent it was and that she should have more modesty, Vix retorted with 'says the girl who is wearing only panties'. He heard a loud yell and slam of the door before he heard Vix laughing as she went into her room, then he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." Caiden said putting on his pants.

In through the door was Raven, who seeing a shirtless Caiden blushed before a light squeal came out of her moth. Looking down she tried to stammer out her words, though last night she was a bit talkative it seemed she was back to the shy young girl she was before.

"um.. . ...b..b...breakfast is ready." she sated and ran out the door, leaving it open.

"Thanks." Caiden said just a little to late, as he looked outside his door Vix walked by and stopped.

"Why oh my damn, what a sight to see in the morning." Vix said whistling as she came into the room.

Caiden blushed as she unbuttoned her top buttons and now pressed her hand against his chest and ran her hands down to his stomach and waistline. Vix smirked as she teased the poor boy, as she unbuttoned his pants she felt a point at her back she recognized the it immediately.

"Please get you hands off my mate and Caiden please finished getting dressed. Breakfast is ready and if you don't hurry we will be late." Davina said smiling.

"I was just teasing him Vina I promise." Vix said putting her hands in the air.

Davina smiled as she left and looked to Caiden who now buttoning his pants grabbed his shirt, Davina sat down on his bed and watched him as she waited for him. Caiden finishing dressing ate breakfast and left the house for school, the girls all followed him Davina on his right, Vix on his left. Raven next to Davina and Miki followed behind mumbling to herself, as they got to school they saw the flier's about the school holding a bonfire this Saturday night for the students. All four girls got excited thou Caiden didn't seem to care for it much mostly because he knew it would lead to something crazy for him.

School sort of flew by without incident for the teens who upon leaving felt a strong surge of energy coming from the center of town, as they went towards this surge of power time froze and they saw it a rip in their own reality to Gaia. Armortrons now surrounded the area and stood still, the teens stared at the whole until they saw stuff coming through, they were Arachne which were woman which had the body of a spider below her waist but these Arachne seemed different they had this black like rash all over their naked upper torso's and face. Caiden starred at them and as they slashed at him with their legs the armortrons went from still to speratic and started attacking the Arachne and the teens.

Caiden was pushed back by the girls who all changed into their spirit forms this cause Caiden to fall to one knee, it always did as the girls all using their spirits used his energy. He shook it off as Davina his Caiden behind a wall and the other girls defended their position and though the armortrons fought well the Arachne seemed to be much stronger than what usually came through. Once the five Arachne got through the armortrons they saw the guardians and went straight for them, the girls were on guard and now the battle begun.

"Davina get Caiden out of her somewhere safe." Miki said as she shielded the group from a relentless amount of blows of the Arachne.

"But the armortrons." Davina said.

"Ill make a hole, you get out of her with Caiden and quickly." Raven said her bow was shooting follies of arrows down onm the armortrons coming from an ally behind them.

Davina made her move and rushed through the hole dragging Caiden by the hand, he was still just in such awe of the fate he was given and when the girls fought he just felt so useless. Davina used her free hand to swipe and cut down armortrons as she searched for a safe spot to defend Caiden from. Davina found a spot which seemed pretty open but defensible only one way in and one way out in a building which was being built. Going into the building she slashes through armortrons still dragging Caiden by the hand putting Caiden behind her in a corner of the room she stood by the entrance and slashed anything that came through though less and less armortrons came at them.

Miki did her best to defend against the Arachne who assaulted them but should couldn't land a single hit on them only just defend against them, While she did that Raven and Vix fire balled and fired volley's into the enemy Armortrons from coming from around them keeping them off Miki. She fought the three Arachne to no avail as she would block two the third would strike and she just couldn't keep up. The three attacked her again and as she used her shield to clock one and sword to the other she moved the two in to the thirds attack only to let up a little and be struck by the Arachne's legs to her sides.

Raven and Vix did there best to keep the Armortrons off of Miki blowing them up with fireballs and striking with her staff Vix killed hundred but the things just kept coming for them. Raven would try to cover he blind spot and strike with her volley's but to no avail as she would kill some more came out of the woodworks, there was no end to these things.

Davina fought off wave after wave of armortrons but they just kept coming and they kept getting stronger and fast, as she sliced and diced she felt her power diminish in which she would depend on the bond with her spirit to strengthen her though that bond was weak and only so much power was getting through. As the another wave came she had to stop falling to one knee she saw the girls.

The girls however were getting warn out, there was no end to the armortrons and the Arachne were too strong they had to retreat and regroup. The Arachne as they saw them retreating ignored them and now climbing the buildings disappeared. The girls no followed the path of dead armortrons to the construction site where they found Davina exaughsted still surrounded by a few armortrons.

"This cant be good were at out limit here." Miki said and the other girls nodded and they stood in front of Caiden who was now unconscious.

Caiden woke and saw the girls fighting the armortrons in this deathtrap of an area, he looked around when he felt the surge of power and turning around he saw the Arachne break a giant hole in the wall to fit them both. This was not gonna end well the girls and himself were surrounded then he saw it a bright white flash and black wings. One of the Arachne fell just to get up with now 2 missing legs. Then the armortrons fell, he then saw her in front of them Sakurai and from the original entrance came Tenzin with a wooden sword slashing through armortrons like butter.

"I never get the cool entrances" Tenzin stated looking to his wife who smiled at the children.

"Kids step back and let me handle these corrupt Gaians." Sakurai said smiling taking out this bow.

Her bow looked different than her daughters on the outside pointing away from her it had 2 curved blades and it had no string on the bow either. Tenzin smiled at his wife as he took care of the Armortrons, an aura wrapped around him as he held his bokken. Tenzin kept the armortrons at bay still just slicing through 3 or 4 at a time with one s***h he smiled as he destroyed the things the aura getting stronger.

"I'll deal with the armortrons and keep them off you, slay those things." Tenzin told his wife.

Sakurai smiled as he white kimono shimmered, it had purple trim around it and a purple sash where the top and bottom met. Her bow started to glow blue though when Caiden looked at it he saw it wasn't the bow but runes incarved in the bow. The girls relaxed and all fell to ground exaughsted. While Miki was fighting the Arachne she sustained a few wound to her sides from the sharp legs which she now just noticed. Vix started healing her friends and tried to watch the battle.

Sakurai smiled as the glow became brighter and the Arachne attacked her she blocked with one side of the bow and while she did that she took her hand like she had a string and shot into the first Arachne face and arrow which exploded causing it to scream in horror. The second and third one cam at her but in one swift movement an energy came put of one of slashes splitting one in half while she turned and shot the other with a volley of arrows exploding on contact. As she took those one's out the one she had just blow the head off of resurrected and the head regrew but this time black like the rash on the body which now grew and encompassed their whole bodies, this also happened to the other two which she had fought.

"Hey baby I need you to purify these freaks please." She said while blocking and defending against the three Arachne.

"On it my love. Hey kids deal with the Armortrons" Tenzin said and Raven and Davina stood and started to fight the armortrons to fill in for him.

Caiden still looked fatigued as he lay on the ground, this was a lot of power these girls were using and he couldn't keep up with the outflow. The girls had been fighting for about 2 hours now and that was even exhausting them which meant they had to rely on their spirit bond which put a major strain on Caiden. Caiden watched however as Tenzin and Sakurai seemed to from this endless power bond it was incredible he could feel the energy they were fermenting toward each other circulating between the two of them. He had only one hope which was to make sure he had that sort of bond with all the girls so they could defend themselves and he could for once be useful and help them fight.

Tenzin smiled as his aura increased as he grew white wings he smirked flying into the air he jumped down in between the Arachne in one swift move he emanated a field of energy which cause them to be immobile. Placing his hands on the first two he started chanting loudly and fast as he finished they turned white and burst covering himself in their guts. The last one however was able to gain mobility as it attack Tenzin his wife blocked it throwing it into the wall, both of them moved so seamlessly as they ran at it one from the right the other from the left and with no communication Sakurai went low and Tenzin went high. As Sakurai went low she grabbed the things legs and a string appeared on the tip of her bow she used this to tie the legs together and held them there. Tenzin took this instance as he fell downward to strike the things head and a white light appeared and the chant he had spoken previous was said faster and louder. With that the battle was done the last Arachne exploded and rime once again moved forward.

"Their power and bond was amazing." Miki said to herself then look to Caiden who had fell unconscious, she wondered if she would ever be as strong as the two in front of them now.

"My parents are so strong. I need to bond more with Caiden, no I want to bond more with Caiden." the young girl said to Davina who stood next to her.

"We all do, we have some very big shoes to fill if we want to become like those two. The way they fought was flawless." Davina said.

"Damn, that's a bond. I cant wait to be like that with Caiden." Vix said..

Tenzin smiled as he kissed Sakurai they both changed back and smiled at the children walking over, Tenzin slumped a little onto Sakurai's shoulder. Sakurai smiled as she helped him over to the kids, they saw the shock and awe on their faces and looked to each other and nodded.

"You guys have a lot to learn but from what I watched you guys lasted longer than I though you would against them." Sakurai said to the girls.

"You need to build up that stamina kid, I know 4 girls can wipe a guy out but gees you need to get so much better. Though I guess when I was new like you. I wasn't much better." Tenzin whispered to the unconscious Caiden.

A robed figure on a roof smiled as they walked away from the scene they had been watching and saw the destruction the Gaians caused and that the masters and stopped them. The figure smirked and laughed a little. 'he will get there, he will get there' they thought.

"They have a protector should we do something about that." a woman in armor said to the robed figure.

"No, he wasn't strong enough yet for them that's all, but we will keep testing him and bring him to fruition." the robed figure said and flew into the sky.
