As the door closed behind them, Ballister turned to Taylor. “Now, speak!” He pointed towards the vacant chair in front of him as he went to pull one out for himself. “That won’t be necessary,” Taylor replied, eyeing the chair. Her eyes went back to her brother whose brows were still raised waiting for her to speak.
“So what’s the plan?” She questioned.
“I don’t know what you are talking about, Tay,” Ballister stood to his feet. “Is that seriously why you called me here?” He asked.
“We had a plan, B.” Her hands flailed at her side, “We had a plan and now, now I don’t even know what you are doing anymore!” She yelled, her voice raising with every word that came out of her mouth. “Is this how it is going to be?” Tears leaked out of her eyes
