Chapter Two : My Wolf

Sera jumped out of her sleep to find that it was just barely daylight out which means they would have breakfast done in the next 20 minutes with means she needed to be sitting at the table in 15 or she wouldn’t have anything left to eat between her brother her dad and onyx. The thought of him sent chills down her spine. She brushed it off and got out of bed and put her workout clothes on since she would have to train with the pack today.

As she walked downstairs she saw Alastair and her father talking saying something about her finding her wolf and as soon as they saw sera they quieted their conversation.

Good morning daddy

Good morning birthday girl how are you feeling this morning.

I feel fine no different than I did when I went to bed.

Good daddy said in a sigh of relief.

Something was off and I was going to figure out what.

After breakfast they all headed outside it was a cool morning and she had hoped they wouldn’t be training for long.

As we got paired up to spar Alastair pulled me to the side and told me that I would not be training today because father needed to talk to me. This automatically put me on edge as it seem something was off about the way he said talk. He walked off and i followed we went strait up to daddy’s office where Alastair left me standing in the door way .

Daddy was doing alpha stuff so I walked in and sat down in the big chair in front of his desk. He looked up from his work and realized it was me and put his paperwork to the side.

Seraphina do you remember your mother?

This came as a complete shock to her. Yes she remembers bits and pieces mostly the good memories not really any bad.

Yes daddy I do why do you ask sera said.

Daddy sighed and looked at sera. There are things I am going to tell you today so that you will be prepared for your shift and it may be different for you than it was your mother. Only time can tell though.

What does daddy mean by that she thought to herself.

Daddy walked to the window and look out while he explained everything to her talking about mother was a sore subject because of what happened. With great worry he turned to her and told her that he was scared she wouldn’t fit in or find a mate because of him marrying her mother and having her but sera was proud and excited to see this new side of her and to know she was one of a kind made her even more excited to meet her wolf hopefully I can shift soon she thought to herself.

About an hour went by Seraphina heard a voice in her head and she immediately knew what it was.

Hello what is your name sera said. My name is raven and I am your wolf. Eeekkkkk she squealed I’m so excited you are finally here.

As am I child now are you ready to begin your shift. Yes I am raven said sera.

As Seraphina walked out the back door her brother and onyx follow and then bursting out the door after them was Lilly. She could wait to see what my new look and by new look she though about how chubby she was and her first shift was supposed to even her out and the way her daddy explained it’s supposed to change everything.

As her bones began the painful journey of breaking she screamed out in pain. Don’t fight it baby onyx said. Alastair look at him in confusion and anger until onyx backed away. After and hour of squirming and screaming her shift was finally completed. By this time every member of the pack was there to witness her transformation which the pack sensed was different. As she stood up on all four legs she heard gasps erupt all around her as she look at her pack members the looks of horror filled their faces. As raven chimed in and told her they were only reacting that was because they we’re special but sera didn’t understand everyone loved her they were never scared of her.

Sera took off into the woods and onyx without thinking shifted into his wolf and followed. Sera reached the lake right at the south boarder of there territory as she looked down into the water she was shocked she was a massive black wolf bigger than an alpha and she had a red eyes which she had never seen in a wolf before and it made her wonder what her mother was. She looked at her chest we’re she had a red mark right in the middle. She was definitely unique but what was she. She heard a twig snap behind her and turned around with a low growl. Finally onyx showed himself and she lowered her guard he walked up to her and sniffed realization set in that they were not mates and sera felt upset. As they ran back to the house and shifted and got dressed sera walked in the house and everyone was there but no one said a word they just all sat on the couch and looked at her. Sera you need to come sit down so we can talk about what your mother was and how important you are.
