I finally got to class with the help of Miss Blackwood, Just like I expected the main topic among every clique of girls was their mate, Some already found their mate and some were still waiting while someone would have to wait till the next year when they finally become an adult, I simply didn’t care about the mate bond now but I used to fantasize about finding my mate but now it didn’t matter to me anymore.

“ Attention everyone !” Miss Blackwood yelled hitting her hands on the tables to grab their attention and when she caught their attention she cleared her throat, My eyes met with Damian and I looked away immediately.

I hated her guts, What did she mean it wasn’t their fault? It was their fault alright.

“ Yes it’s not our fault, You were too weak to handle the accident, I mean it’s even like a sport now amongst the teens, At least every one of us got run over by a car and some even harder but nobody was too weak to lose their ability to walk … if you can’t handle something that little then why call yourself a wolf?” She said and the class started to murmur in agreement with what she was saying.

“ Alicia, if you want to become the next Luna as you preach then channel your talkative attitude and energy towards your study, and when it’s finally time to learn a skill, Channel it there too because nobody wants a Luna that only knows how to talk but can’t act “

Miss Blackwood was my savior today and even her counterattack made me smile.

She helped me get to the corner that was made for me, The table was leveled to my knee level so I could write while in my wheelchair, and Even my locker was moved downwards.

Everyone was leaving but after whispering to his cohorts, They left him with me in the classroom. Damian walked to the door and slammed it, He started to walk towards me and I looked away. Immediately I got home, it was as though I was rescued from a battlefield today was hell for me and it was about to get worse, My stepdad was arguing with my mom again.

I didn’t know when I did it but I let out a scream, I started to transfer aggression on my room furniture and stationeries. I was throwing things around the room, and I broke the frame that I had taken with my best friend when I won poetry club president before the summer break, I was having a panic attack and everything suddenly became a blur.

It was my best friend, She suddenly wanted me at her party , it was Strange but I wanted to go at least I would be leaving this house and get to tell her goodbye before leaving for my dad’s place .
