The marriage contract between selena and Frank brought more wealth to the Fischer's family, the couple never knew or saw each other until the day of the marriage.Selena was dating a low class citizen of the united states ,Mr Gilbert waklo, who works a part-time job as waitress, she spent her allowances on his upkeep especially his feeding .Her, been the only the daughter of the Fischer's family and a wealthy man is expected of her ,her father, had never liked or accede her relationship with Mr Gilbert because he is afraid of what the church might think. He live to impress the social community, he always want to be the talk of the town ,selena agreed to get married to frank with no intention of having a child for him rather for Gilbert ,after the contract marriage which was yet to be moved to the court for the final agreement.  Selena knew her father never wanted her have any transaction with her husband bank ,she would transfer half of the money to Gilbert, who she can't live without ,she locked herself in her room ,thinking of how to convince her dad to transfer the money to her bank which she knew was impossible.  She never had a real and soul touchy conversation with her husband ,sleeping on the bed with a mute on the air ,they act like strangers “I need to use the red BMW car”she said and went to the small table beside the bed, picked up a bunch of cars, fling it round her fingers to his face. Frank stared at her on a mute mode, hands dipped in his pocket, went to the window to stare at the stars, he was pained, in stress, how would he leave in a house which he is never supposed to be?a mansion filled with religious legends and heroes, he was the villain in the mansion. Tears filled eyes,hatred and regret revolve round his soft heart. Frank decide to cancel the contract two days later ,with an intention of missing mass the following day. He could remember the terms and conditions of the marriage contract ,it was still vivid to remember . We choose to have Paragraph IV:A(2) apply to our arbitration agreement. Signature of Husband-to-Be, Signature of Wife-to-Be IV:A(3). The parties agree that Saphire club is authorized to any monetary disputes (including division of property and maintenance) that may arise between them based on the principles of community property law customarily employed in the United States as found in the Uniform Marriage and Divorce Act. We choose to have Paragraph.  IV:A(3) apply to our arbitration agreement. Signature of Husband-to-Be Signature of Wife-to-Be IV.B. The parties agree that the Beth Din of America is authorized to decide all disputes, including child custody, child sup port, and visitation matters, as well as any other disputes that may arise between them. The saphire club of America may consider the respective responsibilities of either or both of the parties for the end of the marriage, as an additional, but not exclusive, factor in determining the distribution of marital property and maintenance, should such a determination be authorized by Section IV.A or Section IV.B. V. Failure of either party to perform his or her obligations under this Agreement shall make that party liable for all costs award ed by either the Saphire club of America or a court of competent jurisdiction, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by one side in order to obtain the other party's performance of the terms of this Agreement. The marriage contract was from the BETH DIN OF AMERICA which is responsible for a divorce and a marriage contract. Still blank, there was nothing important to be afraid of,written in the terms and conditions but how did he end up living in his wife's family house, such a pauper like him, his wife has a lover and he also love his wife. The night before his probation he asked his wife to assist him to raise the shelf where he kept his documents.“how can?
