Chapter 44 Duncan. It had been twelve hours with no word from Anna. I was getting restless. She wasn't the type to just disappear. That made no sense. None at all. Something was wrong. I stood up and grabbed the keys to my car and made my way out of the mansion. It was dark and the street was empty. I had no idea why but I had a strong feeling that something had happened to her.
