Elena's POV
I opened the door and peeked out to see them but there was nobody. It was strange since I was sure I just heard their voices outside and so I stepped out. It was then I realized that it was probably a mistake.
Now that I was outside, they could see me as soon as they walked into the area. I waited and listened, whispers came from ahead but nothing happened. Already I could imagine both of them leaning and whispering to each other.
I began to walk towards the kitchen when I spotted them just then. Julian had his back to me and if Victoria opened her eyes, she would see me standing there. I shrunk back, closing my eyes with the hope that she wouldn't.
Of course I had rotten luck so it was too much to ask for. I had just begun to move when her eyes opened. She didn't look
